I LOVED EVERYTHING about my 1st visit!! I met Lance he’s the BEST BUD-TENDER I’ve ever had!!! If he doesn’t have what you want he’ll find something comparable to it. Nicest Staff, HELPFUL BEYOND belief.

Best dispensary in Maryland. Staff is amazing!
Been going to KIP for a few months now and I can only speak highest praise of all employees and products that they supply. The flower selection is one of if not the best around. Lance does a phenomenal job at hand picking the best A+ top shelf flower in the state. If they dont have it, ask and you shall receive. Knowledge Is Power and they know their stuff when it comes to informing patients on what best suits their personal needs. I travel 45 minutes to come here even tho there are about 5 dispensaries well closer than that to my home. That speaks volume on the customer service, care and products KIP supplies. Thank you KIP for being there for your patients especially with these crazy times we are living in today. God Bless and stay Well!!

What a great team working here!! I’m always greeted by my first name, they are well knowledgeable about everything they have in stock. They have a great selection for sure. Yesterday I came in to get a disposable and I was recommended lemon grenades....ITS PERFECT!! I’ll see you guys soon!

Been here a few times and always get a friendly greeting at check-in and updates during short wait for bud tender. Best selection of high-end flower I've seen and very knowledgeable staff! Appreciated useful insights from Lance about different cart production / extraction processes and ingredients. Very pleased with recommendation for cart brand / strain and edibles. great for social distancing, they were way ahead of their time. I always feel like a little kid walking up to the counter but they have great recommendations and they are knowledgeable and very friendly and I love the waiting room especially how the menu items are up on a digital type screen
KIP is my go to dispensary. We have several in the area but KIP’s customer service is off the charts - definitely more than 5 stars. Plus their selections are fantastic. I can usually always find what I’m looking for here, especially strains that are hard to fine or sold out elsewhere. Customer service is make or break for me and KIP makes it every single time.
People were very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and helpful. Not a big chain dispensary. And the best part, they have a drive thru! I can’t wait to try it.
I have a severe condition and the bud tenders recommendation and product expertise helped me to find a product that really had helped my condition and I’m very thankful.

I'm a regular at a half dozen dispensaries, and Kip is far and away the best in Baltimore. Amazing selection, great discounts and reward program, and especially phenomenal service. From the lady at the front desk, to all of the budtenders, they're always smiling, super knowledgeable, and they go above and beyond to make sure I leave happy. I recently moved 30 minutes away from Kip, but it's always worth the trip. 5 stars doesn't do this place justice!

They’re always so kind and happy to be there. My order is always ready on time and they are just the best.
I went to two dispensaries today. One of them was ok, nothing special. Went there because they had a product I was looking for. I saved the rest of my canna-budget for Kip. I’m not lying that from the front door to the exit, you’re treated like an old friend, like family. Today I walked into their waiting area and I had to pause for a moment because the sun was shining through and it gave it a really nice homey vibe. When I got to the sales floor, I was greeted by everyone! Not just the person attending me. Really great group of people. They always look out too, and are very knowledgeable. I would name names but everyone’s really cool. They always have a great selection of products (especially Evermore!). They’re probably the only place that has Lost Muffins right now lol. Thanks guys!

First I'd like to note that every visit to Kip I am greeted with Friendly Smiles and always remembered from past visits. Employees are extremely friendly, patient and will help you find exactly what is right for you and what you want. They have amazing sale prices! I went in today to grab a gram of MPX batter and they gave me a brand new Banger and carb cap to go along with it for free. Kip definitely goes above and beyond for their patients. They make sure that they have what you want and if you don't they'll get it! Great folks with tons of knowledge and selection at great prices!

Kip was the first dispensary I visited once I got my card and I absolutely love going there! The level of genuine care/service delivered by every associate/employee I have interacted with is unmatched and that alone makes going so worth it to me. Everyone is super knowledgeable about the products and creates a very welcoming atmosphere!
It has and continues to be a stellar experience. ALL of the Kip folk are above and beyond in service, merchandise, deals, and queries. Everyone wants to feel valued and well served, Kip delivers time after time! Hats off! You guys totally rock! Keep up the good works

I’m supposed to write what I didn’t like about kip but there’s nothing at the Kip location that I didn’t like. My experiences there are always great there and the service and friendliness is a pleasure to deal with considering the hate that’s going on in this world. KIP IS MY SAFE PLACE🥳

Kip is fantastic. Not only are the staff incredibly kind and helpful, they always have a large selection of concentrates to choose from. I don’t live in the area, but it’s always worth the drive!

Great place!!! Definitely a good find.... however, I’m not feeling the $5 price hike on 30%’ers. Used to drive almost 40 minutes to visit, that’ll probably stop. The dispensaries here, out in the sticks, are beating your prices before discounts.... Sorry
