They list products online they don't actually have in stock. They call to say they're out of stock, they "removed the products before even opening" yet their menu keeps getting updated and still includes the out-of-stock items. Forget this place, go anywhere else!

Dear Jnjones0330, We fully understand how disappointing not being able to get what you ordered is and we also know how high the demand for cookies products in the market at this time really is. We did call each guest IMMEDIATELY to make them aware of the issue. Our dispensary only receives roughly 16 units of the cookies products at a time right now due to exceedingly high demand. We had a few left in stock but those items were already committed to pre-orders that had already been filled. Unfortunately, those products that were previously ordered on Leafly still show in our inventory until the items are actually picked up/tendered through the POS system. We had roughly 30 orders for only 3 remaining eighths and a handful of PRJ's from cookies which were already committed to other orders. No excuses, we certainly sincerely apologize for the inconvenience but we wanted to take the time to explain what happened. It is always difficult to have a very small amount of a certain product when so many of our valued patients want that same product. We would be happy to discuss this with you further and to offer other accommodations if you would like to call us or stop by and speak to our amazing leadership team. Very friendly and they give the military discount to care givers. Most places don't. We drove 28 miles to check this location out for the selection. And was not disappointed

What I like most about KIP is that the emphasis on getting information to the patients is clear from the moment you walk in. From the patient information book to the variety of informational displays. For me, someone with anxiety that makes it so much easier to ask questions!
