Emily the manager is the worst person to deal with, her employee was being rude and I called them out on it, like I'm there shopping you don't have to belittle me. Instead defending him calling a customer a lier when he could have looked at it on my account. Anyway Ido not recommended this place absolutely terrible customer service

the store is very clean, everyone I have encountered has always been so helpful and the prices aren't bad. I like that they have specials regularly too.

My husband purchased an altered alchemy cartridge from here. It did not work so he called to let them know he was going to come exchange it. When he got there the budtender that sold him the cartridge to begin with tried to lie and say he paid $15 when he paid $18 and then made him feel like he was trying to lie or do something shady. We have already had problems with this establishment before but thought we might try them again. NEVER AGAIN!!! Low quality products and terrible customer service.
