update 12/1/2023 got baited and switched . was told bottom shelf was $2.99 , middle shelf was $5.99 i didn't want that .also was told $48 an 0z the charge was $45.50 it didn't seem right . i handed him $28 . then he said $45 i don't know why i stood there and let him just take my money not even thinking or questioning why i am getting charged twice the price. i should have said wait ,stop. but i didn't. so that's on me. will try to be more aware . , i walked back in and got a receipt but i knew i already walked out and it was too late . the transaction was done. they had the $2 gram sign out and some one went to get it. guy said sorry but still sucks . wont be going back they need to price their shit better and not switch on the price .

Didn’t go in thinking quality or service would be of high standard, considering where they’re located. Non the less unbelievably disappointed. If I could give half a star I would. This company isn’t about customers, it’s profit only. To have a MANAGER in the store checking a RETURN cartridge to see if it’s defected. Use no hand sanitizer, bare hands, touching the mouth piece and BLEW ON THE CARTRIDGE in the middle of a Global Pandemic... I was shocked. He then was able to get smoke out of it (on a 10v level battery) okay, that actually great. But now this man, who I just watched walk in from lunch and use no hand sanitizer in front of me after stepping on to the work floor. Had now blown and handle my cartridge in the middle of a GLOBAL PANDEMIC. I’m anxious, embarrassed and embarrassed that he wasn’t aware how unsanitary that was. I tried to take it to another location hoping the pen doesn’t work in order to get a new clean non contaminated pen, they referred me to the first location which I went back to and did everything I could to talk them in to a clean cartridge, sayin mine didn’t work properly. They wouldn’t, I Tossed everything away in fear. Disgusting. Here is my thoughts; A.)Things should be sanitary during this time no excuses. B.) I bought this cartridge The day before. Just over 24 hours before. I had the box, the full cartridge and the Receipt. Why wouldn’t you take care of an honest customer. But instead blame the battery. The customer and your policy. My only conclusion is they are here to make money not serve quality experiences or products.
