First and last time I'll visit this shop, and probably any other Cookies or Lemonade branded dispensary. I didn't know they only sold quarters and I was just looking for a gram or two. But they had three bins of random containers with pre-weighed grams of "what was left after weighing out quarters". I picked through a few and landed on a container of SoCo from Pintail Farms, a farm I really like, bought it for $10, and left. It wasn't until I got home and went to partake that I noticed how tinder dry and crumbly the flower was, and how much literal dust was at the bottom. I looked more closely at the label and saw the harvest date was MARCH 2023. I was sold almost year old flower for TEN DOLLARS. Absolute ripoff and a true disservice to the farm and their product.

The people here are great especially Kelly and Belle. Their selection of flower is also top notch

I'd like to start my review by saying I love this location not only because of the vast selection of strains and products but because the customer service from the gentlemen is Always excellent - from the solid recommendations to the knowledge of products- the gentlemen in this store treat their customers with care. That's why I am pained to write this bad review, as it should not reflect negatively on the store in totality, but of this particular budtender. I always have a very positive experience in this store, but yesterday, I had an absolutely TERRIBLE experience with Priscilla. I usually work with the other budtenders and I'm not sure if she resents me for that but her awful customer service, foul mouth and attitude appeared to be very personal toward me. She literally cursed at me and stuck her tongue out at me like a child when I mentioned I wished my usual budtender was working. In shock, I told her that cursing at me and sticking her tongue out at me is unprofessional, childish and unnecessary. She then retreated to the back managerial office after realizing her behavior was absolutely ridiculous. Safe to say I will not go back when she is working and the Franchise owner needs to know the negative impact Priscilla has on the store. There are much more professional budtenders who can be promoted to managers who actually respect their job and deliver quality customer service and care. I'm not sure what she was on yesterday, as she appeared sluggish and disorderly, but it is no excuse. I hope the franchise manager investigates and responds with proper action, for the sake of the franchise and their good name.

Out of all dispensaries in Portland, I am most comfortable and at ease here. Really great products for a really good price, super kind employees! Mason is in when I stop by a lot and is kind and quick with service and down to earth personality! I recommend coming here all the time as I come to this location daily. 10/10 !!

Great products. Usually get awesome service. Not today. Walked into the place and immediately could feel the tension in the air. Being polite. I ask how his day is going. Good he "says". As he continues to try to give me his tough guy stare. 😆 I get my products and even after giving this genius my medical card he still tries to charge me tax. With so many dispensaries out there customer service should be first.

Great community of cannabis outstanding dad, outstanding prices, one of the best cannabis clubs in the area hands down one of the main people to come and see is Mason highly professional 10/10

I drive all the way from Clackamas to NE just to go to Lemonade-PDX. The Bud-tenders Joe and Drew always have recommendations that make me come back in the next time and thank them for the assist. Shit, ALL the staff are very helpful, but happy to help you find what you’re looking for/want. Thanks to their variety in Top-Shelf flower, pre-rolls, edibles & concentrates, it’s truly a 1 stop shop for me always. I would have to hit 7 different shops in SE just to get what I wanted if I didn’t go to Lemonade-PDX. Hands down top dispensary in town for me. They are a big part of the reason why Cookies & Lemonade stay my top 2 brands.

I love this dispensary they always have good strong strains.picked up some alien banana candy at 36.93 percent tonight.when they were cashing me out I realized I didn't have enough money for all the things I wanted, I was short a dollar and one of the lady employees there said it was ok and she gave me the items anyways! What a kind soul she was! I didn't get her name but she knows who she is! And I will be back again next week for more goodies! If you're in the Portland are and you're looking for a dispensary to go to well then look no further then Lemonade PDX dispensary!

Bought what I thought was Resin Ranchers Motorbreath and it was some brown ditch weed that was harvested over two years ago. They seem sketchy.

I placed an order online, which was partially incorrect. This happens frequently through Leafy, as the product availability on Leafy frequently doesn't represent in-store reality. Also, many of these places will substitute without saying anything. Or maybe they're all high.
