had a broke savage cart. omg what a hassle. 2 managers later I was told they dont carry that anymore but they tried to upsell me or use my points to get a different brand. I've spent alot of money here and planned to spend alot more because it's close. The manager tells me they could take a 5 dollar loss but not a 15 dollar loss. So all my future business is not worth 10 bucks. screw you.

We are so sorry you were unsatisfied with your return process. The problem is that we do not have any of the Savage carts in stock and when you got your cartridge they were on special for $20 which we would have been happy to give you a credit for. We unfortunately do not have other carts priced at that point currently and the intention was not to upsell you but to try to give you another option to remedy the issue. Again we do apologize for the misunderstanding as we do all strive to make sure all of our guests are happy. Normally we would be able to just easily swap a product out as we should but in this case we could not so our next step is to credit our guest for the cost of their purchase.
