Local Leaf

I miss this place so much! Local Leaf, please give your rec. customers updates as to when we might expect the dispensary to be available to us again. It would mean a lot as right now most of us have no idea, and I follow you on social media. Many of us are patiently waiting to return! :)

I have been to this dispensary only a couple of times. Each time I was greeted by a friendly face and every budtender I have dealt with have made it a positive experience. They have a good selection of flower with different prices and nice display jars so I can look at while deciding which one I can smell. Their prices are decent and when I am on that side of town I am sure to make a stop after I enjoy my taco salad from the bar below the dispensary.

cool little shop, It's up Stairs, no elevator that I saw. I can only come here when my knees aren't hurting. The staff was friendly, and knowledgeable, the decor is worth checking out. They have a nice selection, seems geared more towards recreational due to the stairs. There is plenty of parking, the flowers were on the dry side, due to location I will be back.

I enjoyed the waiting room, the little museum of cannabis prohibition was cool. Glass is a little pricey for what it is. Tends to be super slow, and they do a good job of getting you in and out, I just wish the customer service was a little more inviting to make you wanna stay a little longer. Concentrate selection is often extremely limited, only good prices I've seen on Serius though. A couple months back I got some for 25-28 where at the shop I normally go to it's around 35.

These guys are the friendliest and nicest people around. They treat me like a friend instead of a customer and always have excellent suggestions for when i'm in pain or having a bad bout of insomnia. The prices are very good and the museum they have is so interesting to look through. I love coming here!

I have been going back to Local Leaf a lot since my first visit. The staff is super friendly, highly knowledgeable and helpful. They are happy to educate and really seem to like helping you out. I love the added feature of the museum and glass shop. They remember your name and have excellent product! Best shop in town!

☆☆☆☆☆☆ - Third visit to Local Leaf and quite glad to have made the first visit. First off, the 28.x% Northern Lights (fantastically manicured as well) have been wonderful. Lots of other great strains too, and really fair pricing (even after the new taxes). The budtenders have been very helpful, without being pushy - which is important to me. Call me crazy, but I expect a good budtender to be able to make some recommendations, do some probing questions when necessary, etc. - know something about what they're peddling. But don't inundate me with jargon and then sit there impatiently awaiting an answer. Local Leaf is spot-on every time! As always, YMMV, but I think this is the go-to for me. And it doesn't hurt that it's within walking distance from my place, so it's definitely my Local Leaf shop =D. I expect they'll see plenty more of me, haha. Also, don't forget to save a buck by bringing back your empty container! Recommended!

Best prices I've seen! The bud tender that helped me out was very knowledgeable and helped me find what I was looking for and we also had a great conversation, which is nice because I didn't feel rushed. I'd definitely come back here! Thank you, Eva, for making my experience a great one!

This is my favorite dispensary hands down! I got my first cheech and Chong bong here and the guy who helped was a doll. They are always so nice and so informative, a dispensary where they truly care. The receptionist is awesome and very inviting, the bud-tenders are so rad. The museum is the shit. I wish more shops were like this dispensary! <3

Local Leaf is an unique Cannabis Market to shop at. They have a diverse selection of strains. Weather your looking for high THC or high CBD buds they have it . Great Bud tenders that will answer any question you may have with, the best customer service in the industry.I have been here multiple times and it get better every time. Local leaf embodies the cannabis culture/movement in Portland . located above a bar which expands its charm. They have ample parking. Their prices are the best around the area. Local leaf has so much to offer .I recommend you come experience it for your self, this shop stands out for sure.

Specifically visited for grand opening special & received 7 grams of weed for right around $40. Awesome deal & good quality weed. Here are my thoughts & observations.... ~ Budtender --> I think her name was Stephanie | knowledgeable | engaging & energized | lots of smiles | offered suggestions based on needs | did not feel rushed despite how busy dispensary was ~ Recreational Strains --> over 20 indoor & outdoor strains showcased in big glass containers | majority hybrid varieties | detail strain/lab info printed on label ~ Recreational Prices --> comparable to other Portland area dispensaries | visible on containers If I am in the area again & need weed, I will return.

This was my first time in here, but my second time having their LSD strain. it's personally my favorite. As we waited in line for the grand opening on the 16th, we were forced to stand next this "booth" for Sirius Extract company. All three people at the booth were horrible represtatives for the comapny. Next time leave the ex-employee trash talking to when your actually talking to the shitty employee YOU hired. I learned nothing from your booth, and only gained experience of your comapny for your filthy talking about other HUMANS. Think that brings you business? I'd say not. Local Leaf, you should probably up your game on your vendors, you folks were all fine and very helpful, can't say the same for your comapny. I had a terrible time in line!

I stop by frequently and of all the dispensaries I've been to, this is the one I and my mate prefer. It's upstairs from a bar, which is nice. They have free, unlimited Ms. PacMan, which is all I care about, and the guys and gals that work there are ALWAYS nice. Not fake nice, not annoying, just helpful. If I'm stopping in alone, I don't want to spend ten seconds discussing anything. I just want to get in and out. If you do want to ask questions, they have all the answers. Also there's a candy dish when you leave, which helps if you have kids

This is a great dispensary. Always reasonable prices, and a knowledgeable staff looking to help each customer get the right strain for their needs. Also a very neat atmosphere very fitting for the products sold. I have previously been to several dispensaries, a lot of them with employees that didn't really care about much and had higher prices. This place is now my go to. They also consistently carry great high CBD flowers for a very low price. If you're a novice or an expert, make this the next dispensary you visit and you'll be groovy.

Highly recommended. Very comfortable place. Great service, and products! (the Pennywise was fantastic with a 2:1 ratio nice little change) The price to quality ratio here is just perfect, in my opinion.

The selection here was great and they have one of the most inviting displays of product I have seen. also the atmosphere and care are second to none.

Difficult to find the entrance, directly above a pub which can get rowdy at times. Cool museum/waiting room and very kind front desk clerks. Budtender that tended me didn't know any answers to questions I had about a certain flower, I wish he tried to find out for me instead of just saying "I don't know." It shouldn't be too hard to find out if you have the terpene profile for it. The flower itself is of high quality, but the majority of the shop seems dedicated to recreational rather than medical. I would like to see them expand on their concentrates and edibles category, specifically the drinks. Aside from the lackluster budtender, I do enjoy the store and atmosphere, and would shop again. I'll just cross my fingers not to get him.

As soon as you walk through the door you feel at ease. If you are headed to the back room, straight through the door is a very well lit space with inviting well stocked cases. I met with and discussed the various products on offer with the owner Matt and other staff. They are very knowledgeable and seem to be invested in complete customer service and satisfaction. It really shows with the quality of the flowers that they stock. This business is owned and operated by people who take pride in their work. Thank you to Matt and staff for going above and beyond what I had expected and compared to other local suppliers in the area. Will be back soon. Happy Holidays!
