Overall, great store, amazing selection and prices, great top shelf and discount options. A little lacking on product knowledge

I've been shopping with these gals for sometime, started over in Sprague when I would be on the area, as well as the old Francis location. Division is closest to me! I shop here 4/7 days a week. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Can't help it.. Rylie is a doll. So is there lil chick who's birthday is the day after mine (didn't catch her name, just yet). The prices for flower are very budget friendly. And the locations are even better. Run, don't walk to your nearest location now! 😜

All of the budtenders are always so nice and polite! The managers are wonderful and always suggest amazing product. This store is always incredibly clean and the atmosphere is so welcoming. I really love this store and would highly recommend it based on the staff alone. Their prices are also really good and the quality of the product is top notch! Basically, I love this store and couldn't recommend it enough!

If you want fast, knowledgeable, and friendly people to help you find the perfect strain for you, you've gotta go to Lovely Buds! They have a bit of everything cannabis from inexpensive pre rolls to edibles, they have it all!

To whom it my concern, Chris & Allie were Great! They were very knowledge about All your products. They were very helpful and caring to I & my husband. We both were very impressed by them both. You should have more employees like them cause the other 2 were being very childish and rude. If it weren't for them we would have gotten anoid and left. But Chris & Allie were just so good and Chris even had to go talk to them cause they were being so rude & childish. We will both continue to go to that store and recommend them at your store. If they push you to buy 3 strains to get discount check your receipt. After seeing I went in for 2 grams walked out with 3 times that due to being told about the discount but they didnt give it to me then they say oops sorry cant help you since we cant void your transaction I get people make mistakes but dont tell customers you get discount if your going to pull shady shit over $6.00 and say they should catch your employees screw ups . Unfortunately will never go back in . A sorry would of worked but blaming the customer for not catching it is bullshit . Lary who helped me in store was nice but be better at your job.

Nice private parking lot, and the front has a wheelchair access ramp. The shop is amply stocked and well organized. You can find just about anything you're looking for and the budtenders are super helpful about recommending different products for different needs. There are plenty of shops nearer to me but Lovely Buds on Sprague won me over with their superior customer service. They're efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Alli was extremely helpful and pleasant on my last visit.

This is one of the best places in the area to shop. I moved here a few weeks ago and I get the best service here by far. Shout out to Samantha for being so informative and making great suggestions.

Came in to get a new dab pen. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Take vertical IDs (I’m 21 but renewed my ID too early). Loved the environment!

I visited this location in the last couple of weeks and I was doing my own thing but the bud tenders were always ready to assist. When I was ready, I was helped by Vivian. She was very very impressive and knowledgeable. She educated me on different strains I didn’t know existed and showed me other cool products. Although I didn’t buy anything at this location, I have been to the division location twice and have purchased twice now. Thank you Vivian!

have been going to lovelybuds with my wife for two years and @99% of the time everything about this store is amazing that one little percent is just for some hires they have that don't know what they r talking about this stores employees product and prices are outstanding!!!:)

There’s a newer girl here and she has NO knowledge of anything. I ask for prices, she gives me the wrong one. I ask for high CBD, she says she doesn’t know. I’m not a weed expert. That’s why I don’t work at a dispensary. I like to be helped by someone who at least has some basic knowledge and customer service skills.
