I’ve visited several dispensaries in the area and never get the same awesome, friendly experience I do at MRR. Everyone is extremely helpful and they often run specials!

My first visit I was nervous, it was my first dispensary after a hard year before. The waiting room was relaxed, with everyone talking about The Big Lebowski. I found my element, and was enthralled with the selection. My second visit I took the time to talk to the gentlemen in the backroom. He walked me through a few strains, morning, noon, and night, and answered a few questions I had. It was pleasant, and to feel the welcome feeling was wonderful. The employees here care about your health, it makes this place shine in the Gem City. Highly recommend.

Mad river should update there site more to let patient’s know what is on the menu? People dislike the experience because it’s a big guess to what mad river has to offer

The flower is often super dry and disappointing, the prices are too high, the descriptions and product specifications online are often wrong, the staff aren’t always polite or professional, and they’re hard to reach.

Really do love going here! The staff is awesome, very friendly and easy to talk to!! Once you can perfect your online website the experience will only be enhancing and that’s how you will build a loyal and returning patient! Not one in Ohio(or in this area) has really got it down yet!

First time going to a dispensary. Place was clean, looked professional, the girl seemed knowledgable, the menu seemed like it had a lot of products. I don't know what could be improved until I visit elsewhere.

Been lacking menu for a year. Flower is twice the price of POW. Came to MR first time in August 2019, used to come regularly. Don't come here anymore since POW got them beat. I like the location and building of MR, but not enough to pay double the price and have limited services.

Great staff, good selection. Would like to see the Leafly listings updated with full stock, or even a 3rd party website updated daily. Although this may just be process, it makes it difficult to plan ahead. That aside, too notch place and glad to see familiar faces when returning.

Mad River is my go to, they carry 50 mg capsules and the staff are always friendly and give great customer service 👍. Great selection of edibles.
