Gentlemen Smugglers is inspired by one of America's true legends, Barry “Flash” Foy. His crew were infamous for sailing from Jamaica to Lebanon and owning the East Coast cannabis market. Between 1971 - 1985 they smuggled over 160 tons of grass from Jamaica and Colombia and over 60 tons of hash out of Lebanon. All by boat, sometimes 70 days at sea. Many of the smugglers biggest deals were orchestrated by daring women, lady pirates as they were called.
