the people are wonderful. atmosphere is ridiculous. you are catering to people in pain and everything is pointy and hard. you are dealing with people with anxiety and ptsd and it is like a cavernous echo chamber in there. add some drop ceiling and plants at least. maybe some classical piano-very soothing. and your no return policy is bullshit. i will not purchase another garbage broken item from you again.

Store is bright, welcoming, well organized. Staff are FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE, HELPFUL and patiently take time to answer your questions and make recommendations if needed. Pharmacist was also willing to answer question cheerfully. 5 stars. No reason to go anywhere else!!!

it started out really nice. great selection but this summer the place dried up. no freaking flower at all. I like the staff and atmosphere but you need to get some damn flower in the joint.

I have to comment on Adam. I have now been to MedMen a minimum of 20 times. I have seen Adam there almost every time. Adam is EXACTLY who you want on your team. He is patient, kind, receptive, and has incredible knowledge on the subject. Adam is never pushy nor does he rush you; in fact he has gotten to know me well enough to know what I like and dislike and will even give me a heads up when things come in! I have seen how he acts with other customers and he is brilliant. He is always clean cut, and I would bet he has a wonderful smile under that mask! If ALL things were equal between medmen and the "other" dispensary, I would continue to come to medmen if only for this one person. Working in retail, especially during high volume periods really shows where improvements can be made. Adam's unflappable attitude and deep knowledge base and calm demeanor makes him a brilliant candidate for any position in this industry. I hope to continue to see him when I shop at the store.

Everything is laid out in the very large store room so that you can read about items and see what each product looks like. There is someone available to answer any questions and make recommendations. I pre-ordered my products online at leafly.com. This is also very helpful, because you know if the product you are looking for is in stock, and you don't have to wait if there are alot of patients there. The check out staff is very helpful and gives you tips on how to best use your new products. Oh, and first time customers get a 20% discount! Will be back to purchase products in the future.

Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful

hands down the only dispensary I want to go to. While I do go here because of the products they carry, I mostly go because the staff is always absolutely amazing and they are always smiling no matter how busy it is. Morgan, Adam, Kelsey, Mike, Matt, Jess, and Jen are some of my favorite people to interact with when I walk in to the building. They are always going above and beyond taking their time with patients to make sure everyone leaves happy!

I can’t say anything about the luxlyte branded stuff, or the flower quality. I haven’t tried them, and when they go on sale they are about to expire so I don’t usually get any of that. I will say that I’m very happy that they started carrying the Matter Disposable vapes. The LVD and LMG are the best medical disposables available right now IMO. Matter makes a great product that is super discrete to use and has consistent quality. I was going to the other local dispensary to get them but it’s 30 minutes out of my way, and they stopped delivering. MedMed is closer for me and they are well stocked in what I need.

It Doesn’t matter who takes care of me, each associate is very professional and knowledgeable.. Great Team!!!

Ordered last night knowing today was going to be hectic for me. I was running late getting there, and later to get home to tend to my dog, so when I walked in and Matt, who saw me park and start coming in had my order called back so it came even faster than their normal fast speed. This was huge after a couple days that were like pulling teeth. That simple courtesy to give that extra service is what sets this place, and team members like Matt apart. Honestly the Botonist has strains I'd like to try, but I keep coming here because of the team members like Matt who take you from a shopping stop to a shopping experience. Thanks again!

This was my first visit and I was a little intimidated walking up to the building. However, one of the employees rushed to open the door and offered me a mask (they are required in here) and walked me up to her counter. She really walked me through everything step by step so I wasn't left wondering what to do or feeling stupid standing there. She was so kind and helpful! I sat and waited a minute or two for my order to be ready and the man that helped me was also so kind and helpful! He walked me through everything and I had no questions when I left because he had covered it all! I appreciate the wonderful assistance and the knowledge they shared with me. They have a BOMB staff here and I won't be going anywhere else!

The staff at MedMen on Transit are incredible. Everyone is so knowledgeable, friendly and overall wonderful! Products are great and they often have deals. Service is fast, usually in and out in under 10 minutes. 100% would recommend!

I have been a client of their dispensary for three years, there are other dispensaries closer to me than Medmens, but they don't have the bright cheerful atmosphere Medmens has. The staff are really helpful and have a genuine desire to help. I allowed my first prescription to lapse and they had me bring it in and they helped me re-register.

I go there pretty frequently and everyone is always so nice and helpful! I always have an exceptional experience. the atmosphere of the store is friendly, welcoming, and I'm always satisfied leaving! oh and the deals are SO helpful.
