Extremely rude staff. Yelling and demanding where you can stand outside of their establishment. Manager didn’t seem to care said she already spoke with him, never apologized. Michelle is a Karen and her ponytail employee should be ashamed at the poor way he treats patients. Stay far away from this joke of an establishment

I used to shop here b4 this place was sold to Medmen. Ever since the switch, this place has gone DOWN my list of shops to visit. I cant believe they're STILL IN BUSINESS with the prices they are charging ppl. You can go a few miles down the road to THCSD and get pretty much ANYTHING offered at Medmen for 50% CHEAPER than what you would pay Medmen. I have even brought this up to management at Medmen and they just shrug their shoulders. Am i retarded, or do these employees not realize they wont have jobs anymore when ppl understand they can get twice the amount of the EXACT SAME PRODUCT down the road?? Why in the world would Medmen CHARGE SO MUCH? Do they consider us fools, like the govt does? We pay over 30% JUST IN TAXES every time we pick up.... and this place has the AUDACITY to charge us DOUBLE the cost??? Sorry, Medmen.. but yall fell off a LOOOOOONNNNGGG Time ago. Hopefully your owners get their minds right and fix this issue.

I come by here a few times a week and I have never had a bad experience. The staff is amazing and the selection is great. Even when they are busy they are fully staffed and there is rarely a wait to check out. Every staff member that has helped me knew the product well and found me what I needed quickly. Today both William and Melina helped me and the product they helped me find was exactly what I needed. Melina has actually helped me several times and I'm always shocked by the great product she finds in my price range. This place is great for experienced smokers and first timers. It's a laid back and relaxed environment. I would refer any friend to this place.

Great bud, nice atmosphere, and nice employees (hi Frank!). What else could you even need? I've been to a good few dispensaries in San Diego and this is easily my favorite. I highly recommended for anyone, but especially if you're on a bit of a budget with how good their sales often are. The products and employees are anything but budget though!

Ordered online and was in and out in no time. There is always good parking and they have a great selection of carts. The store is clean and nice and there are a lot of employees to help. Could use some better promotions and daily specials but it helps being a couple bucks cheaper than the competitors.

The whole staff is awesome and creating a welcoming environment. Sam guided me through one of the best experiences I’ve personally had in a dispensary. Not only did he answer all of my questions his active listening skills were in point. He shows he truly cares about others well being. His passion for the product and knowledge is impressive! Def going to recommend this place to friends and go back again!

Just came in from Arizona for some vacation and stopped at Med Men for some meds. Facility was clean, parking lot had security guard. Attendant at the front was awesome And friendly and then my budtender, Malik was INSANELY good with the recommendations. Extremely great service all around. I’ve been in the industry in AZ awhile, and I can confidently say that these guys are doing it right. Thanks again, Malik! I will be back before I go back to Arizona.

Carlos was awesome - friendly, informative and knowledgable. Never any waiting, always someone to help, great security and easy parking. Excellent selection.

I love the huge variety of lower priced Marijuana products as well as high end stuff. I am always in and out in less than ten minutes. No lines to wait in. The staff is super friendly!!!!

Gotta say I'm super disappointed with MedMen. I'm a Colorado patient, and I went in searching for a universal battery and a nice cartridge and was sold a battery that only works with the store-specific brand though I was promised it works with all brands. Scam tactics, stay far away. I spent well, didn't use the discount, and they still grabbed the opportunity. Georgous store though!

I’ve been here 7+ times and have mostly good things to say about it. My one gripe is the frequent stock issues. You can never be sure that what you want will be on the shelf if you go in. I recommend ordering online for pickup, that way you can be sure they’ll have what you want when you do stop by.

If you like the vibe of the apple store this place is for you but if you favor the vibe of your local skate shop, keep moving. Swanky and a bit overpriced.

I came in a few days ago and would honestly say that this is one of the nicest dispensaries I've been into. You are paying a little extra for the atmosphere and experience given by the bud tenders. It is well worth it. Would highly recommend them!

Replaced Apothekare, big step down from what it used to be. Far fewer products and very few I recognized, walked out with nothing. I wish them all the best but I won't be going back.

Pretty Impressed with MedMen San Diego. I’ve been to a couple LA MedMen stores and this one has potential to be one of the best.

Great in every way and no wait at all. I was helped by like 3 budtenders at the same time... that’s some damn good customer service!
