The pickup service has revamped since opening and seems to be running smoother and quicker! We love the pre rolled options.

A fun curbside experience. Lots of cars there.

Preordered. Waited 15 minutes for service then another 15 minutes to get my order. No sense of urgency from the staff accept one gentleman that had a fanny pack. Hopefully this is not an every day.

Nice people, but I ordered ahead of time and they just took my order again when I got there.

I like the variety of products MedsCafe Lowell offers especially the Redemption product line and the Orange Ghost I would recommend showing up at least an hour before close because it can be quite busy at that time.

Only reason for the three star is because I’ve only done the curbside. Can’t speak for the shop inside yet. Cool folks. Polite and courteous. Little pricy still, but that’s to be expected at this point. Will continue to visit them

I've loved every visit to this dispensary so far! Staff is knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations. I've loved all my product, especially the Dixie Sour Smash hybrid gummies and the midnight bar chocolate bar I was recommended last week! 🥰 Looove!! Not to mention, my visits are faster than most fast food drive thru service!

I've only done curbside pickup because of coronavirus, but they're always quick and curious. Their selection has gotten a lot better since they opened too. Looking forward to shopping inside one day. ;)

I ordered online and still had to wait TOO LONG even waited after people showed up AFTER ME.

Super chill place with awesome staff and amazing stock constantly changing, great online up-to-date menu to make your oder quick and efficient. Highly recommend everything u can get your hands in here.

Liked the pre-order and pickup option!

Get ready to wait! Been to this locations a few times and they are always out of stock, overpriced, and if you do manage to place an order through their terribly designed mobile app (required for pickup, unless you want to trust they have your product) you will most likely wait in the parking lot for 15 minutes till a tender speaks to you. Very efficient online/pick up service.

The lot girls don’t know what’s good and can’t recommend anything. The menu online isn’t updated. So expect dirt weed you can’t see before you buy. It was brown, odorless, seedy... outdoor grow quality. Sub par for this type of place and criminal for the prices they’re asking. Buyer beware. They even quoted me higher than they charged but this is $4/gram quality, they charged 18 for.

Meds Cafe has wonderful budtenders! They always make sure you get what you need and have some pretty great recommendations. My go-to place for delicious edibles.
