I’ve heard that Stem and other dispensaries in Haverhill carry a better selection and source from higher-quality producers, but this place was closer and I was in a hurry. When I arrived, I had to use the walk-in line, and while I waited, people with pre-orders kept being taken ahead of me—even those who arrived after I did. I’ve seen similar systems at other businesses, but usually they alternate so walk-ins aren’t left waiting indefinitely. After watching three pre-order customers jump ahead, I decided to leave. That was my first and last visit to this location.

I was there 2 minutes before closing and the guy walking down the driveway denied me entrance for my pickup order. I could have picked up my order and been out within 2 minutes. I was stuck in traffic 40 minutes trying to get there and the guy didnt give 2 craps.I will never shop here/ spend another penny of money here ever again I will tell everybody who asks me where to go, any where but here, go somewhere else anybody who's asked me before and has come here I will tell to go somewhere else you

Used to have the best pre roll deals around. Now, their pricing is ridiculous, will not be going back, which is a shame i've been going there for a couple years now.

This is such a cool place. Access is the best of any dispensaries in the area... right at the bottom of exit ramp off I-495. Store is bright and fun. The pricing is also the best. And the team there are super cool and friendly, as well as knowing their cannabis. This is my go to dispensary.

This is my favorite dispensary. The staff is great. There's good selection of quality bud for great prices. They've earned my business & I highly recommend Mello.

It’s a good store it’s just that if you find a strand that you like chances are when you go back in two weeks to buy more of it they won’t have it and I’ll be introducing new strands all the time so if your body likes one certain kind it’s unlikely you’ll get it on your next trip
