Herban Dispensary

(Ive shopped here for about 3 years before writing this Leafly review btw). PDX is a big market for cannabis and as a med card patient I really like to study different dispensaries to evaluate processes. Herban is absolutely in my top 3 go-to spots for Se Stark/Division area shopping. Herban has kind staff who care and arent rude or judgy. The products are always high quality, my carts always work. Story: one day shopping there I forgot an 1/8th i bought left on the counter or it hadnt been packed either way, i went ahead called and the manager made sure i got it without issue! That was so great cause I have anxiety and felt so awkward in the situation but they didnt assume I was lying or try to shove me aside they looked at the info and remedied the situation very thoughtfully. I will say I hope to see just a tiny bit more customer input on stock decision, okay maybe that's too much - but yeah I want to see some more single carts from Loot Bar Liquid Diamondz, some more Bobseld. Okay one more real thing lol - a downside that often limits my return is they don't have a daily happy hour like Deanz Green + also they dont take card but I know theyve tried its just a regulation thing. But yeah, hopefully you can tell im not a bot! :) wait thats what a bot would say!! D:

I went here for my first time yesterday. My budtender was amazing. We talked terpenes for migraine relief and she helped me pick out a flower for that specifically. I will definitely be going back here!

The lady I spoke to was super kind and sweet.

I love this place. Every Friday they have amazing deals on Flower, same day I get paid lol. I’m making this place my regular spot. The people are always super nice and the store is laid out nicely, definitely a great place to come in and get some weed!

second time coming here & everything was GREAT.

Since I found this place, I never go anywhere else anymore....except after 8 pm, because they close early. There are always plenty of great options at some of the most reasonable prices I've ever seen in Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Missouri or Amsterdam. Those are great reasons to go but the biggest reason I keep going back is the genuinely good customer service. Sometimes I'll be all high on sativa and super chatty or I can't make up my mind or I'll go in for one thing and end up seeing other things I want when they're basically ringing me up and I realize that dealing all that can be annoying but they're all always really patient and nice. I used to be Kaleafa only until I moved to Gresham but I'm am not impressed at all with the Gresham location because of the lack of good choices and the staff were, generally, kinda rude. I would suggest this place to everyone except I don't want to have to stand in line all the time. 🙂 Thanks for all the great weed and friendly smiles y'all! I appreciate You! -Adam James

This is by far the best dispensary ever best prices good ass weed and the bud tenders are amazing preferably Lexi and John they always know what I want and are the best to talk too. I will never go to another dispensary this is the only one even if I have drive a bit to get there thank you.

This place is fantastic! I live in Inner Southeast and made the trek out here, prices are very reasonable, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend checking this spot out for no hassle trees- also check out the 20% off on Saturday- killer deal.

Top notch customer service! I ordered online and Leafly didn’t notify me that the order was ready, so the dispensary called and that was really appreciated. Everyone in the store was really kind and nice. Definitely will be returning in the future.
