This dispensary is BY FAR my first choice when in need of medicine. Very Close by, always accomadating, and knowledgeable staff, make this my go-to. Love the wide selection, but would like to see higher THC laiden strains be available more often. No complaints otherwise.

I tried their Cherry cookies not too long ago and was not disappointed. Thought for sure I’d be up all night but wasn’t, slept like a baby and felt like I could smoke it all day. Their GG#4 that they sometimes carry is great as well
This location was amazing. There variety of product was phenomenal. I will be returning soon.
This shop is great! I went on Black Friday and was in and out within a half hour (really good for a dispensary on a holiday like that) including parking. The gentleman who helped me knew what he was talking about and let me alter my order as I went on. Definitely recommend.

good atmosphere, great service
This location offers a huge selection of flower and they have parking. Their staff is knowledgeable and nice. I frequently drive down from Boston because of their huge menu!

The staff at this dispensary were well educated on all of their products. They have great daily deals. The atmosphere was very calming and nicely decorated.
A lot more merchandise than in the beginning. So happy to see deli style flower here (flower in jars, rather than Pre-packaged.) Nice, smaller place. I’ve never waited in line.
Nature's Medicine is definitely my favorite Fall River dispensary. My GO TO for all my likes & needs. if you haven't already been there then what are you waiting for? Also their staff is awesome.

I came for the first time a couple week ago with a friend. The lines weren’t bad at all and what line there was moved extremely fast. The customer service was excellent and it was a very welcoming atmosphere. Definitely coming back to purchase here myself in the near future!!!
Always top notch flower. Kept a nice airtight containers. Staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable.
