The best dispensary in the valley, hands down. The quality here surprises all other dispensaries in the valley. When you add in the price point of sale, it’s a no brainer that this is the spot to be going. The smell outside is so strong, it literally pulls you into their parking lot and sucks you out of your car. There’s no getting out of it, it pulls you in! Every time I come here I always leave feeling like I got way more than my moneys worth. It feels like family here, thanks.

Well at one time or another I didn't think that your services were good but lately since I've been going there you've been very very very very good with your services your butt changes attitudes have changed even down to the supervisors really nice so the only thing I can say right now is kudos you're good to go .

I’ve been a medical patient since 2012 and I’ve been to pretty much all the dispensaries in the valley. I’ve been coming here a lot since they opened this location. It is right around the corner from another Natures Wonder on Thomas. They both have exactly the same products and exactly the same prices. There’s no atmosphere or decoration, it’s all about good medicine for a good price. Seems clear only one of them is going to last, so I hope it ends up being the one with the nicest staff. The budtender I met with today would probably be happier working as a probation officer. I made a preorder and when I was picking it up one of the halves was not up to snuff, it has a lot of stems and leaves and trim in the bag, not just buds. Amateur hour, not medical grade. I asked to swap it out for a different strain but the budtender was power tripping hard on the All Sales Final policy even though my order wasn’t even bagged up yet. That’s not too cool, so I guess I’ll just go to the other one. I did probably spend a couple grand at this spot since they opened it, and had no problems, but I don’t need a power trip any more than I need a lousy half that’s not trimmed correctly. One bad experience and there’s literally no reason on earth I should ever go back. I’ll take my steady business back to the original spot.

Grat customer service

This was my first time at this dispensary, and I will not be going again as well as recommending. I placed an online order for five pre-rolls that were 1g a piece as well as when I picked up the order that’s what it said on the packaging. However, there were half gram joints inside the containers. Also, the guy at the front desk was very rude as I walked up and I greeted him however he did not greet me back. As well as, he was in the process of doing online orders however he made me wait at least five minutes standing there watch him bag 3 different orders. Because I thought that customers walking up were first priority? But OK. I have been wanting to come to this dispensary for a while and after this experience I’m upset it turned out this way.

Great Location, good deals and excellent rewards program..

They had a great selection of strains not seen at other dispensaries. I was pleased. I will be back.

First time shopping here, everything was smooth sailing for the process. Easy access and staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Fairs prices and great selection. Will be a return customer even though it's a 25 min drive from home. My old dispensary let me down for the last time.

Did an online order driver pulled up across the street, didn’t call me and then left (saw this on my ring camera) driver then noted that my address was wrong (it wasn’t) then they told me otp that nothing could be done the driver wouldn’t be coming back and that i’d have to place a whole new order (i only found this out after calling them a 3rd after them telling me they’d call me back and me having to call them back after 50 minutes) 0/10 Will never order here again 👎🏽

Great dispensary with great deals

It was slow at the time I went so there was no one in front of me so I walked right up to the counter and the woman got my order and I paid and went on my happy way. Seems strange to be about a mile from the other one on Thomas. I guess they bought the other one out so although they have the same deals, they have different inventory. After having been to both locations now, I might stick to the Thomas location since I don't have to go around the block to get to it.

I went it to get a preroll like I always do with the review I gave to get a free one like I always do whether it be the day after or what but Victoria very rude informed me I'm wrong it's never been like that and I said ok whatever just let me get one pre roll but she then continues to be passive aggressive in a belittlement tone telling me I'm sorry your so upset but your wrong so I told her idc I'm not even saying anything about it your the one keeping this conversation going I'm not even tripping about it but then she goes oh no but you are continuing to try and make me angry idk if she gets something going on at home but her job is customer service and hospitality and if your not going to uphold that standard you shouldn't be working there all I'm saying is the customers are not her husband or whoever is causing her to be so hurt at work train her to keep her problems at home also the lady up front taking I.ds very rude and likes to snatch your i.d and throw it back at you seriously everyone else that works there is very respectful and helpful and I don't ever have a issue here unless I interact with these 2 individuals

Every time I go into this location the atmosphere is always chill really good vibes and everybody seems to be cheerful when you walk in and great customer service .
