Disgusted due to being totally humiliated publicly by a certain female employee (I have an incontinence problem) who REFUSED service to me and then escorted me out!!! What a disgrace being my favorite store before this happened to be discriminated against in such a way. I will never spend my $1,000 a month here ever again. Pinnacle heard my story and they are a bunch of friendly, understanding folks. I even reported this awful incident to the police, since it was considered harassment and discrimination as I was a paying repeat customer until that day. If you like bad attitudes, shop away!
