Nirvana Cannabis - Downtown Phoenix

Budtender was amazing and staff. Online sales not being honored as posted online, or for any orders placed online. Shift manager's or ownership, bullshit excuses as well as substitutions of item's.

best customer service best deals and always having a smile I recommend coming here

Really great costumer service & very helpful . Nirvana has all my favorites & great deals . The store very big & organized as well.

Honestly hands down the vest fast and most convenient location for me at least. Employees are always kind and provide excellent services. Thank you fam..

Nice Budtenders. Great product.

Only place I shop

Great deals. Friendly staff. Great giveaways. Definitely recommend

God please 🙏

This is one of my main go to places and even I will say it’s getting worse! WAIT TIME!! 30 min 3 days in a row on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Nothing going on people just walking around. Not interested in customers. Why is it only 2 people working, 2 walking around. I wouldn’t recommend unless you’re okay with waiting around why they just play around and take their time.

Bud tender was amazing Julia thank you lots

Always very friendly and great help

All of the staff is so friendly and courteous, selection is wonderful and the budtenders are so helpful when it comes to selecting good quality thank you.

this is a scam business. today was the 3rd time I came here to buy an advertised sale they wouldn't honor. Never using any of their stores again. I also will be telling all of my followers not to shop here.

on point

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Corde was awesome! Super friendly and knowledgeable, and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. They took the time to explain different options and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Great service all around — I’ll definitely be back!
