Put in a preorder for specific items that I like and I always buy them on promotion. Went to pickup the preorder on my lunch break and they would not honor the promotion wanted to charge me full price and then proceeded to waste my time while on lunch. They told me they couldn’t do it that they have a crappier version that has the promotion. All I’m saying is if it’s preordered and the promotion is on their website then they need to honor it regardless and not play stupid games with their customers.
