The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. Northern Roots is definitely the best dispensary I've been to so far.

They had their daily deals they send out via text. One of those deals was 3 cartridges for $110.00. NO WHERE DID IT STATE A LIMIT!!! But when I ordered on my way to their establishment which is an hour away, they put a limit on me?! If theres going to be a limit then they need to state that! Or sell it how its listed in the daily deal text messages. Charge me the daily deal for half my order and then try to charge me full price for the rest. I don't think so.
Dispensary response:
Very sorry to hear about your experience here. The bud tenders were just following our policy on the deal. I believe that day the limit of 2 did not get texted out with the daily deals and I apologize for that. Next time you come in ask for one of the managers and we will be sure to make it right with you. I don't like knowing we had patients come in that left unhappy so I will do all in my power to make it right.
Thank you for the review!

Quality: The quality never disappoints. I’ve tried various products from this PC and I’ve never been upset! Service: the service is flawless. Sales reps are educated, friendly, and charismatic. Atmosphere: I think the atmosphere is incredibly noteworthy. The decor is so clean and sophisticated. It feels like walking into a PC in LA just smaller scale. (I’ve not been to LA but I’ve seen dispo tours online)
I’ve never met such a great bunch. I have grown to love the staff here. They really care about their clients and give good guidance on how to administer medication. I’m going to miss this store once we move.
Dispensary response:
Thank you so much for the kind words, we truly are going to miss you and wish you the best of luck with your move. We hope you'll come visit us whenever you get the chance!
