Ojai Greens has been selected and licensed by the City of Ojai to provide Medical cannabis to qualifying patients at our dispensary and we will offer delivery in Ojai and the unincorporated areas of Ventura County for our patients who cannot come in. Our dispensary will be accepting appointments in advance. Additionally, we will have walk-in appointments available in our schedule. Ojai Greens is a family owned and operated business. We are a family of lifelong Ventura County residents. Our history in this county goes back to the 1940’s when our matriarch came here as a child. Our family has experienced first-hand the benefits of cannabis products while fighting cancer among other things which in turn convinced us to get involved in helping to educate people on the medicinal benefit of cannabis. We at Ojai Greens are committed to serving the patients in our community with the highest quality of cannabis. We will strive to protect our patients’ privacy and provide safe access to the medicines they need. Our mission is to immerse ourselves in the community and through education we hope to create a long-lasting partnership. Ojai Greens is a locally licensed and State Licensed facility. We are honored that the City of Ojai has put their trust in us to bring this valuable service to the community as one of the few Medical Cannabis Dispensaries now open in all of Ventura County. I visited this store twice. The first time, they were out of nearly everything. I left with nothing. The second time, I found the selection lacking again. They had something I wanted, but it was overpriced so I left and bought it somewhere else. The staff was just ok. Not particularly helpful or friendly, but I tried a third time, and this was the proverbial straw. I ordered a no-contact delivery during the pandemic. The guy pulled into my driveway (no problem with that) and opened the back of his vehicle. He texted that I had to come out, so I came out wearing my mask. He was not wearing a mask, and as I walked up (no closer than about 5 feet) he started coughing over all the merchandise! I'm not making this up. I'm not saying it was intentional. I just don't know. After coughing, he picks up my stuff, but won't set it down unless we leave my driveway where he was parked, and go closer to my front door. I was wearing my mask, but there was all kinds of unwanted contact. When I reached out to Ojai Greens to complain about this, they simply ignored me. I didn't freak out like a "Karen", I just calmly let them know how it went down. Well, they didn't bother to ever write back. I saw that my message was read, but they just blew it off. I don't know who owns this business, but they're great advertising and that's it. I don't think they give a crap about the customer at all, and they're not serious about safety. I will not be ordering from them again. Ever.
I've been coming to OG for about 2 years now and it hands down my favorite dispo. Excellent customer service and a great selection at more than reasonable prices. If you're in the Ojai Valley area definitely check out Ojai Greens first, you won't be disappointed!
