Used to be my go to place, however over the period of this last month service has went from being amazing to horrible, what a disappointment for such a short time period. Customer service used to be highly regarded here, seems now that is not so prevalent. Regardless of the quality of the herb, poor service will always out weigh everything else. I guess I might be a bit old fashioned and like who I get my herb from to be a bit on the friendly and welcoming side of things.

Dispensary response:

We are very disappointed to hear your experience has been anything short of exceptional. Customer experience and quality of medicine are our highest priorities, we strive to give each patient or client as much time and attention necessary to match them with a strain that meets their needs and desires. We believe that all employees in our building are passionate about their jobs, welcoming and helpful to all who enter. If this has not been the case, we welcome feedback and will do whatever necessary to correct the situation. We hope you will call us at 503-368-4200 or come in person to discuss your concerns with us, we hope to remain your go to source for quality cannabis on the Coast.

I had called them early in the afternoon to ask about some CBD capsules. I spoke with Hannah, she very helpful and knowledgeable so I went there to purchase the capsules. It was my first time here and I am impressed with this place . Great atmosphere , Hannah really knows about the products, with detailed knowledge. So impressed with this dispensery
