Sold moist product. Staff was always answering the door instead of engaging me in a sale. Menu pricing was confusing with 10+ color combinations for pricing. Top shelf was not much different then bottom shelf. Nice room decor and feel.

We keep all flower product in controlled environment and we add the perfect amount of moisture using special moisture packs designed for Cannabis. We assure you there are no problems with our flower whether moisture or dryness.
Customer service is what sets us apart from our competition. We tried engaging with you and helping you sort through our selection to see what you might be interested in but the communication was only one way...
We have a designated check-in person that is committed to letting customers in and support the budtending team. In this case, since you weren't ready to be helped yet, he politely apologized and said he'll be back momentarily and stepped aside to let a customer in. We would do the same if it was you waiting at the door to be let in :)
Regarding our menu - we made sure that all our menus (digital and printed) are easy to understand, sorted out, and visible. We only have a handful of colors we use for our price points but the first thing we do is we give a quick explanation of how everything is sorted to prevent any confusion.
Both our top shelf and bottom shelf products are high quality and we source them from the best growers in Oregon. It's a bit hard to believe you thought our top shelf flower, from the most reputable growers in Oregon, looked like bottom shelf flower. You must've only looked at the lower price point flower. We invite you in again to take a look at our ever growing selection of flower and we would love to show you our top shelf and premium top shelf selection which will blow your mind! normally I think of rating five stars is too much or a little Overkill but not for this place staff was amazing very knowledgeable extremely friendly and the buds were very very tasty, I think I may have found my new go-to spot

Best shop in Portland. Such cool staff that it makes me want to come every day just to chat with them about weed. Super knowledgeable and nice! The menu is so long it took me 5 minutes to just read trough what they have. It's awesome! Love this store.

This place is my new favorite dispensary. Night is the best time to come into this place, the dynamic duo Nicky and Patience. With Nicky's lovely smile presence glam and vibe and Patience's hip personality they are both knowledgeable and brighten up the place when you are greeted by them. Now to mention the great bud and prices the cleanest dispensary I been to, keep up the great work paradise I will be back continuously for as long as you are here.

Absolutely amazing store. Can't believe their top shelf is only $14! The selection is incredible and I found the perfect Indica for me cause the staff member who helped me was so knowledgeable and helpful. I believe her name was Patience. Yo everyone come heck this place out. No comparison!
