The Gron edibles are considerably more expensive than Ivy, which is 1 block away. They offer no senior discount. I was told they did, but my receipt showed no discount. This place has no restroom for customers. All the other places do. No thanks, Planet 13. I won't be going back.

On the 1st of March 2026, without warning or notification, transformed their customer rewards program into approximately 1/10th it's cash value. They screwed over their most loyal customers. Abhorrent behavior.
