On the 1st of March 2026, without warning or notification, transformed their customer rewards program into approximately 1/10th it's cash value. They screwed over their most loyal customers. Abhorrent behavior.

They sold me a empty tube I asked for sativa I don't believe it was I will NEVER go back there to much for what I believe garbage THC I will never go back there again I believe I spent more than I should've and the stuff I got was garbage and the place was a pigsty They took vantage of the fact that I couldn't buy any near to my house and there are they are terrible I will never go back there again

First time ever there! I wasn’t allowed to purchase my order because the system was down. But before being told that I was allowed to use the atm and paid 3.50 for a fee and then wasn’t allowed to purchase. Horrible first impression and I will never be back. Not to mention I drove from Milwaukee to come there instead of going to Rise which clearly a mistake!
