Customer service was top-tier and the quality of the product is great.
Wish it had a more open process like other dispensaries that don’t require the wait and check-in approach. Do appreciate the always friendly and helped staff and quality of the products. And of course the online preorder is a a personal favorite.

I like the fact they are dog friendly! Building was clean. They insisted I wear a mask. Would visit again.

Never felt quite welcome here. I always felt like I was rushed out the door. Not my favorite place in town

I'm so sorry you felt this way Kidice... In all honesty, we feel really rushed too with Covid Restrictions. Unfortunately we can only have 3 people in each area, so at busy times we do try our best to accommodate everyone in a timely manner. But we should never be making you feel unwelcome or rushed out the door. If we get the chance to assist you in the future- I hope you leave here with a much better experience. I am usually available during the week, I would love the chance to make this right.

Staff member was more concerned about talking about getting high and had no apparent knowledge of medicinal uses. Also kept trying to overtalk me and upscale. Ended up selling me wrong product at the end

This is now my go to local dispensary. I am able to get the medical edibles regularly. The staff has made some changes, but the service, no matter my mood is always good. They offer a 15% Veteran discount and even printed me off OMMP applications for my medical card renewal since I didn't have access to a printer.
