Wish it had a more open process like other dispensaries that don’t require the wait and check-in approach. Do appreciate the always friendly and helped staff and quality of the products. And of course the online preorder is a a personal favorite.
As always amazing service from Lilly, had our stuff ready as we entered the building. She definitely deserves a raise!!
Love the personal service of this store. EVERY TIME Order online and it is ready when I get there. Helpful if I have questions or need suggestions
This is the only place I go to in Madras now.
Long live Plantae Madras! Always friendly and professional, with an ever expanding variety of products. Two thumbs up! Five stars!
I have had nothing but an awesome experience with Plantae Health. Especially after the new ownership change. Would definitely recommend to anyone
I like the fact they are dog friendly! Building was clean. They insisted I wear a mask. Would visit again.
Dispensary response:
We no longer are requiring mask :)

Best dispensary in town. By far!
Love this store. Online ordering is awesome sauce I love it. Dog friendly too.
It makes my day to have such helpful customer service while still getting everything that I need. With a smile on my face! 1000% will come back
the workers are very friendly. the chubby guy gained a customer, he helped me with my wax pen tip.
The staff are ALWAYS helpful, happy to see you and easy to work with. Great location! Wicked deals and always a pleasure.
Best place I know

I keep writing a review and never get posted. They have old selections of wax from last year 2020 with high mark ups smh
Never felt quite welcome here. I always felt like I was rushed out the door. Not my favorite place in town
Dispensary response:
I'm so sorry you felt this way Kidice... In all honesty, we feel really rushed too with Covid Restrictions. Unfortunately we can only have 3 people in each area, so at busy times we do try our best to accommodate everyone in a timely manner. But we should never be making you feel unwelcome or rushed out the door. If we get the chance to assist you in the future- I hope you leave here with a much better experience. I am usually available during the week, I would love the chance to make this right.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff .. simply amazing
Friendly and professional and personable.
Staff member was more concerned about talking about getting high and had no apparent knowledge of medicinal uses. Also kept trying to overtalk me and upscale. Ended up selling me wrong product at the end
Dispensary response:
I apologize for the delay, Plantae Management would love to speak with you. If you could call the store or come by to talk to me, I would greatly appreciate your time. I would love the opportunity to find out what happened, and fix this negative experience for you. Thank you for taking your time to let us know, I look forward to hearing from you.

could have better parking
Good deals
This is now my go to local dispensary. I am able to get the medical edibles regularly. The staff has made some changes, but the service, no matter my mood is always good. They offer a 15% Veteran discount and even printed me off OMMP applications for my medical card renewal since I didn't have access to a printer.
Service is always first rate as well as quality products.
