Planted Provisioning - Recreational

I had an awful experience tonight with Planned Provisions Whitmore Lake as a first time customer this evening. I placed a delivery order via Leafly at 5pm for a 7pm delivery, and at 7:18 after no movement I commented on the portal to request a status update on my order. At 7:35 after no response in Leafly, I called their location. I was hung up on 5 times from their front office after they were unable to transfer me to the right department in their store to check the status of my order. After my 6th call, the front desk gave up, gave me their number and asked me to call their delivery department directly. The delivery department explained that they had a tough day with three drivers, but that a driver was coming back to take my order and I would have it by 9pm. 9:30pm rolls around, and I call the store back with no update on my portal and no delivery. I was then told on the phone that their flint location had recently closed and that it had caused a trickle down effect to their drivers. My order was never even filled and they best they could do was offer 15% discount and shared that they could set up a delivery for tomorrow. After requesting a 9 am delivery time at the beginning of their listed delivery hours, I was then told that the drivers have a hard time getting out in the morning so it'd be likely 10:30 at the earliest that I would actually have a delivery. My entire evening was wasted, and the apathy from their store staff after being treated this way was unacceptable. I would avoid this company. It was clear that my business as a new customer did not matter.

I work at General Motors. This dispensary touts a 10% discount for General Motors employees. I ordered online for curbside pickup when I got to the dispensary on Van slyke Road in Flint Michigan for pickup I was told that they didn't administer my General Motors discount. When I asked why I was told that they were very busy and didn't have time. I then asked what does time have to do with a discount that y'all provided for me? She said let me go check. Another girl came out came to my car, handed me the bag with my purchase, a receipt that still did not give me a 10% discount even though I have a 10% discount on file with this dispensary, and she threw my change in my lap and walked off. I haven't been there since that day and have been getting better service and discounts at two other dispensaries. I WILL TELL ALL MY COWORKERS THAT YOU PICK AND CHOOSE WHO GETS THE GM DISCOUNT BASED HOW BUSY YOU ARE...
