It is with a sense of remorse that I need to post this review. Let me start out by saying that i've been a loyal customer for about a year and have easily spent over $2,000 there. My visit last night, I bought a handful of items, unfortunately the budtender made a mistake, and sent me out with a different strain than I asked for (I even tipped the budtenders $5). Simple enough mistake. I called and left a voicemail, which, without surprise, was unreturned the following day (though it was obvious they knew I had called). So I returned to the shop, I politely explained myself that they had made a mistake and it would be appropriate for them to remedy it. They said, I could purchase the item I originally wanted for a 30% discount (so now you want me to spend money to replace the item I originally asked for?) The manager said the best they could do is give me a 10% off coupon (I already have several from spending several thousand dollars there). Apparently at this shop, mistakes made by employees get passed along to their best customers. I explained that unless something was done I would not be returning and they would lose on thousands of dollars in sales. The manager was more willing to lose me as a customer, than correct a $10 mistake they made, 100% She could have offered me a 30% off coupon, anything really, it was obvious that this shop has next to no loyalty to its customers and as such I have no problem taking my business elsewhere.

LEGIT! Started visiting mid-summer 2017. My wife usually visits on my behalf due to my working hours. We pass 5-10 "competitor" shops on our way. Haven't had a single reason to look elsewhere. No concerns dropping $360 on a zip sight unseen (if necessary) as the product is always of incredible quality. They're trustworthy enough that my wife does most of our massive amounts of shopping, I think she's BFF'd all the budtenders by now. Our caregiver is moving after 15 years, and PPS has won our hearts!

Really nice place. Very relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff... and that bud is amazing.
