It is with a sense of remorse that I need to post this review. Let me start out by saying that i've been a loyal customer for about a year and have easily spent over $2,000 there.
My visit last night, I bought a handful of items, unfortunately the budtender made a mistake, and sent me out with a different strain than I asked for (I even tipped the budtenders $5). Simple enough mistake. I called and left a voicemail, which, without surprise, was unreturned the following day (though it was obvious they knew I had called).
So I returned to the shop, I politely explained myself that they had made a mistake and it would be appropriate for them to remedy it. They said, I could purchase the item I originally wanted for a 30% discount (so now you want me to spend money to replace the item I originally asked for?)
The manager said the best they could do is give me a 10% off coupon (I already have several from spending several thousand dollars there). Apparently at this shop, mistakes made by employees get passed along to their best customers. I explained that unless something was done I would not be returning and they would lose on thousands of dollars in sales. The manager was more willing to lose me as a customer, than correct a $10 mistake they made, 100% She could have offered me a 30% off coupon, anything really, it was obvious that this shop has next to no loyalty to its customers and as such I have no problem taking my business elsewhere.
