this was my second time in and I'm even more impressed with this place. they really helped me out and hook a vet up. I'm really looking forward to building a great relationship with progressive collective!! great atmosphere also not the in your face type people either. love that every time I have been in the first thing is they extend their hand to shake your and introduce them selves. you sure don't see that anywhere else. one thing is that I didn't know that they have a veteran's discount. now I do..lol. again great place to get your meds or to just check out and say hi & see for yourself. The Best clone selection in town by far!

I loved the quality of meds that are available. The meds the guys suggested were awesome!! The guys were awesome and so helpful!! I had spent some time reading about the different strains and choosing what I had wanted before I went in an I walked out with totally different medicines than what I had originally thought I would be buying. Their sign for the building isn't up yet and I don't know that area of portland too well so just know it's on the corner by the street. Said they will be putting up signs next week. I went an hour before closing and the door was locked so just wait by the door so they can let you in. Happy customer!! The place was simple and wasn't sketchy and I just felt so comfortable when I was there. Will be back for sure!! Again great quality meds, chill place, awesome guys!

I never get oil. In the past. Picked up a gram of the BBXJ1 shatter today and I like it. A lot. Also tried the Snoops Dream flower. Also great smell, great taste and a no problem high. Good smoke. Thanks folks!

The staff at progressive collective is absolutely fantastic. they know there meds which is extremely important but what truly makes them the best is just how friendly and caring they are every time I have been in they go the extra mile to make sure I get what works best for me and that I am satisfied when I leave. best in Portland if you ask me

the clones here have powdery mildew. all 8 I purchased are infected...now has spread to my other ladies from seed.

I was super impressed with my all round service!!!Was able to take my time witch was important to me. I told them what I was looking for and they accurately showed me the right type of product I was looking for. I will be returning here in the near future for sure.

This place is still getting setup but the service and meds were great. I was going to try two strains but they don't actually take cards, so I only tried one. There were sorry for the misunderstanding and let me sample the other strain and hooked me up with two fat pre rolls. Check them out, the lemon Larry og is very potent.

I picked up a box of the best clones have seen in town, of strains I have been looking for for months, and only had to donate $14/per. The clone selection is almost too good to be true, I don't think I'll ever grow a mom out ever again, these guys are doing all the hard work, 15$ is a steal! (I got a discount for a 10 pack) I also left with two of the best looking flowers I have seen on the eastside as well as a few samplers and lastly and most excitingly, a new friend! T, you the man, I haven't talked so enthusiastically with someone about genetics in a long time. You know your shit bro, these guys are lucky to have you, ill be back Wednesday!

This hidden gem is not to be missed! Great customer service from Ty and Roger, who are kind, patient, and knowledgeable. PC has the most beautiful shatter I've ever seen! Amber colored glass that looks (almost) too pretty to use. :) The flowers are top quality, too--fantastic buds full of crystals, and all are potent (high THC content)! This dispensary gives great discounts, especially to first time visitors. I enjoyed a blast from the past with some killer White Widow, and I found a new friend in the fabulous Lemon Larry! PC is highly recommended; I know for sure I'll be returning for Free Gram Friday! :)

L.J. and Roger were both knowledgeable gentleman in this clean,safe and professional location. The flower quality was nice overall and I left with the Kosher Kush and OG Kush. Both are excellent for lower back and neck pain.

My first experience with a dispensary and it couldn't have been more enjoyable. Very knowledgable about flowers and all their products. Their clones are the best I have ever seen and they personally had a hand in every part of the process to bring the best quality and selection.
