This place has the uppermost shelf quality strains grown to perfection standing above what most dispenseraries call "top shelf, I'm talking flower here. The downside is that the price matches the quality. Still its a nice treat every now and then. Give them a try!

This is the only shop I need, because they have the best, most knowledgeable, and friendly staff: Oliver, Peter, and Dan. These guys are all all-stars at what they do. I’ve been to a lot of shops in town, and find the service I get at Progressive far superior to everywhere else. Come to Progressive not only for top quality product at competitive prices, but to get an education in the process. Cool place!!!

I’ve bought pretty much all my clones from these guys. They have a huge variety of strains, and come harvest time it’s nice to be able to have access to a variety of flavors. I had an issue with a recent purchase here but Oliver went out of his way to get in contact with me personally and make it right. I’ll be sure to keep coming back.

This place is awesome. Come for honest budtenders that won’t try to up sell garbage like most dispos. Nice selection of premium products at a good price.

I found some really tastybl strains here that Def belong on the top shelf. they need to bring pricing down to reality though. I paid higher than black market prices and only came back for more because it was delicious. only real issue I have had here is I bought a clone of agent orange last spring and it turned out to be a stunter. I paid 35 bucks and three it in the backyard with a few clones I got from a friend. the AO came out crappy cuz it was stunted so compared to my other plants it wasn't worth smoking. it's still hanging in my closet. I'll prob go hand it out to homeless people or something. prog col is still worth checking out for well grown flavors though.

Easily one of the best stores in Portland. Always the best product, great deals, friendly staff. They aren’t afraid to make a recommendation which has always satisfied my needs. We just gotta figure out a way to Make them more known. Quality is excellent, everyone's very friendly & helpful.

This used to be my #1 spot for clones. I’d get 3-4 ounces per plant. Plus, the bud tenders are friendly and helpful. But the last two harvests, I can’t get even 1 ounce between two plants. Nothing has changed about my setup. One of my clones even died when I brought it home, before transplanting it. I have deduced that PC’s grower is intentionally selling low yield and low quality clones to increase profits. For the cost of clones, plus hundreds of dollars on electricity, this isn’t worth it. I’m never buying clones from them again.

I have been coming here for 2 years as a ommp homegrower. Ive grown several strains and had some great results. Personal favorite are the cherry pie breath and dogwalker!

For the first time in six years of buying medical marijuana in Portland this place under weighed my flower. Buying a gram and it was .9 I don’t care if it off by just a 10th of a gram it’s the whole point of it it should be over by a 10th of a gram. that’s uncalled for, and its bad buisness period. I also think that the lady did it on purpose
