I find it funny you can't even know if the bud is dry prior to spending your hard earned money with them, every single product is dry there, or very low in thc even though it claims it is higher. They will mess your points up and then tell you your s.o.l, my significant other and I will no longer spend our money with your company.

Combinable with other offers" If you won't honor the discount...don't put it on your website. Simple! Customer Service and proper management are beyond fixing when it's this poor and management doesn't care about the customers. This place has a weird vibe. The security when walking in is 100% over kill. When we got inside the bud tender just said here are our strains and then left us to wander, there was no real conversation or suggestions. After getting home with pre rolls we opened a tube and there was flower all over the inside of the tube and to be honest it looked like it had been previously reused. Not sure I'll return.

Security was a pleasant surprise. Budtenders, not very knowledgeable.
