Quality Roots - Waterford

I purchased the 5 pack of pre-roll Calli blaze vanilla lava cake, they were $20 each, or three for $50. 30 minutes later after getting home, I opened the bag, and my receipt reflects that I was charged $60. So I called the store immediately, and informed the girl that answered what my issue is. Her response was to spin my receipt in circles and get me to believe I wasn't over charged. I had enough, of fussing with this girl, so I guess y'all stole $10 from me, enjoy it, you've lost 4 customers and counting, DONT STEAL FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS ‼️

3 hours ago New Horrible experience so they’re gonna get a horrible review. I stopped by there on Monday night to buy a few things, including a 1 g disposable live resin pen. The pen works fine until Wednesday when it stopped heating. I charged it and it still would not work. The light would come on when I would draw on it but no smoke would come out. I returned to the store Thursday to have them swap it out for a non-defective unit. The bud-tender told me that because it was over 48 hours there was nothing she could do, even though it was defective. She tried to tell me to clean it out at which point I re-explain to her that the element was not working. It was not an issue of being clogged. Anyway, she told me to go wait in line and talk to a manager and maybe they could do something else. I waited in line for 10 minutes to talk to a manager only to be told that even though it was defective, and probably only 5% of it was used, that they would not swap it out for a working unit. Makes no business sense to me?? I bought the unit for $30. It probably cost them $12 to buy wholesale. The manufacturer would have gladly replaced it for them or given them a credit had they replaced my defective unit. Even if the manufacturer would not reimburse them. They would still be ahead if they gave me a working unit and ate the cost of a defective unit. So I will never go to their store again and will tell all of my friends of my horrible experience with these thieves. I went down the road to a dispensary called planet 59. And got a way better deal on a live resin disposable vape.

5/17/24- As usual my visit to Quality Roots Waterford was amazing 🤙, from check in to checkout staff is so friendly and helpful never pushy or overbearing but down to earth and helpful. Prices are great, quality is excellent, and “freebies” are exceptional🤙 I have to give a big shout out to my specialist Molly for my A-1 customer experience on this visit😎 Will definitely be back!!!!!

Shopped there a lot but they just made me drive through a snowstorm and when I get there they said they had power issues. Screw your power issues! Don't text me and tell me its good to pick up if it isn't plain and simple. How are these places so terrible at customer service?

I'm a pretty frequent Shopper here and I love how the bud tenders actually remember your name and what you like. I don't think there is one person that works there that has ever been rude to me or didn't know what they were talking about. If I'm in a bad mood or they can see something is wrong they all go out of their way to make sure to put a smile on my face not many places are like that nowadays. I actually haven't shopped anywhere else but there for the past 4 or 5 months. Never had a problem with any of their products and they are always straight up and honest. Great place to shop and if you have your med card they give you a discount items that aren't already

Excellent service fast and welcoming staff

Went in on Friday at 5 pm. Most people work. All their promo giveaways were gone. Get you in the door and yank the giveaways. Planet 59 is way better. Med card means nothing anymore.

I absolutely love this place!! Been going here for months and I always have such a good experience here. All the people are nice and chill. It’s very organized, when I ask questions they are always happy to answer them. Very interested and care about their customers. Never had one bad experience here. They know my name and always treat everyone with respect. Usually quick trips. I know exactly where everything is and it’s very easy to navigate. Love love love it!
