cartridge policy only holds true if the cartridge does not work on their tester pen if it works on their tester and not you pen your SOL they won't up hold the return policy maybe clarify that.

I absolutely LOVE this place!! I live in Tacoma and I'll make a trip just to go here. The people who work there are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Thorough and actually listen to what interests you. I've noticed a lot of shops always try and suggest opposite of what you're looking for. I appreciate it; thanks but no thank you. Rare to find a place that get personal with you on an honest level and all the times I've been, I've left satisfied and wanting to come back for more. Ashley is the cutest budtender and her service is out of this world!!! I'm all about trying new products and even buying products I've had in the past. She is thorough with her suggestions, explains everything and answers all of your questions! Honestly the only downside is that I live so damn far! :)
We love this location! It's our GoTo. The staff isn't pushy or smarter than you, just super friendly and helpful. Even the door guy remembered our names by our third visit. Great prices on everything, I mean everything. If you can't find what you never knew you needed here than it isn't being made. Everybody should go here and support recreational Marijuana retail the way it should be.
This place was awesome. First time visiting the place made me feel welcomed as can be. I am from out of town and was visiting and the staff did not get upset with me for asking questions and taking my time. Highly recommend the dose oil Great stuff! Also the beast mode joint was phenomenal. I believe their prices are great wish I lived in town would be making a trip there every single day. Easy to get to, they are right off the freeway, with plenty of parking. They have friendly staff, good product selection and knowledge. The prices are also a plus, very good pricing. Also appreciate their door guy opening the door for me and giving me a warm greeting.
So close to home they are pretty much a drive thru quick place to cop some bangin quality nuggs. Won't go anyplace else. The Staff here at Rainier Cannabis knew what I meant when I asked for sticky sticky skunky weed. Though it's truly an ole' strain you can't find any more and the staff are barely 1/2 my age they knew and steered me to Pink Cookies , Dipped N Dusted in Ceef 1 gram Pre Rolls. $3 prerolls for the person on a Budget. Rainier Cannabis ranks #1 for me . The 5 other dispenseries I tried before finding Rainier Cannabis , all lacked Staff with a True Knowledge of Cannabis.
