I went into the Lowell store last night ,not knowing anything about the products I just needed something very mild to sleep occasionally. I was treated by River and JoJo. Both were extremely nice and very friendly, smiling and so so helpful. Both ladies were so incredibly knowledgeable about all the products and helped me find the perfect product for me.( which took quite awhile.) Everyone was so friendly and nice,the atmosphere was comfortable. People’s needs are anticipated as well. River asked an employee to get a pamphlet to help me track my progress with the product and the employee was already on there way to get it.
So, I guess I’m saying in a world today where no one is helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, everyone at Reverie 73 were welcoming!!!!!
