RISE Dispensaries Joliet on Rock Creek (Adult Use)

This dispensary felt like I was in a lush at the mall! Such lovely staff with fun personalities and all the products were beautifully displayed. I might even buy some of their merch next time!

Very friendly and professional staff… They even helped me save money which most businesses don’t do. The clean atmosphere is great as well, which shows newcomers that a business dealing with Cannabis can be run efficiently, professional, & extremely clean... It’s an amazing dispensary, however I’ve gotten some really dry bud the past couple of times I’ve been there. Still, you can’t beat a place where the people are super friendly/professional & for the most part decent, have quality product that’s only 10min away from me.

I don't typically go out of my way to write reviews but I just wanted to say that if you're ever in the Joliet Area, visit RISE and ask for Owen. Never met a more passionate person looking out for my best interests who provided such a complete and full experience. I got a great breakdown of products and received great suggestions. These kind of experiences are what keep me coming back and I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Best Dispensary in the area. I never go anywhere else. All the staff are professional while giving a great experience. Whether you are a new customer or been going there for awhile you are very welcomed in and always offered help. Star staff and products!

I’ve been visiting here a little while now, they always have a pretty good selection on hand, and have some very friendly and knowledgeable staff! My last visit, Kota and Trina helped me from selecting a couple new items that are right for me, and also helping me sign up with the reward program! Always a good experience here!

the first thing I'd like to say is they always have a lot of decent flower and a lot of different products I've been a medical marijuana patient for a couple of years now my problem with their process in place now. It is more difficult and like any company they're just catering to the money and not to the belief that medical marijuana can help a lot of people. Trying to place an order and pick it up is a joke. You can't blame Covid everything else is open. this is a medical issue for many of your clients however I realize all the money that's being made on the recreational aspect is more than actual patients. So we get pushed to the side.

Andi and Nasaya were so patient with me when I visited for the very first time. While standing outside in the bitter cold they explained the process to me and then listened to me about my pain issue. They made a couple of suggestions and then typed up a personal note on directions to use the products. I’m so very happy with my first experience and will be back.
