Rocky Mountain Blaze

I have been a loyal customer here for over a year and the purchasing manager/owner lost his cool on me over a faulty cartridge they sold me. He called me a name that starts with a B, inferred I was an idiot, and told me to never "shop at his store again, or else". So be warned, the bud tenders are great but owner is a raging dick with no customer service skills and lacks the foresight to not blow up on customers - and he lost a loyal customer.

From the moment you walk in the people behind the counter are super friendly. Wait times are super short and you have some room to walk around and look at glass while waiting. Bud tenders here are amazing and were knowledgeable in the selection they had. And for the selection that they have with the prices to go along you can’t really top it. Awesome dispensary keep up the great work.

This is my go-to dispensary, only because y’all have the Airpro carts. I was just there, ordered online. The app said my order was ready so I went in. I was told that I need to go back to my car and wait for a call so I did. I call about 20 minutes later, “Yes, you’re right after this lady.” The lady leaves, other customers are going in and out. The bud tender comes out to get me after almost an entire hour of waiting. I don’t get why I couldn’t just buy my stuff since the app said it was ready at 12:19 and I didn’t get it until 12:50. Whatever. I’ll find a new dispensary.

Absolutely love rmb...best customer service you will find, we don't go to any other dispensary because of the bartenders great attitudes and knowledge

Prompt pickup of order. Organized transaction. Staff could have been a little more welcoming but overall was a good experience.

I love this place! Easily my favorite shop now that I found it. But today with my $181 order I didn’t get my veteran discount. Otherwise I recommend this place to everyone I know.

waited over 45 minutes for an 1/8th which was ordered for pick up, to be told sorry we were getting out others orders when there was only a max of three cars there. ridiculous imo

You know it's only pick up or curbside service right now so everything was as on point as much as could be considering the circumstances

I was super friendly to your little guy with an attitude. When he asked what brought me in and I explained that I had 2 special requests, if you don’t have it, then I also need flower. I ask for hash and moon rocks. They don’t have it and I said thank you, can I look at your flower? The guy was trying to get me to buy something that I flat wasn’t interested in so I politely said, you’re doing a great job, I appreciate your hard work, could I please look at the floor, I was squared down looking at strains, trying to figure out your way to label indicas, sativas....so I could look at what I came in for. Your guy mouth’s off too me and says if you’re so picky, there are 30 other dispensaries in town. You’re right dude, and they got my money.
