HUGE PROPS TO THIS DISPENSARY! BIGGEST SHOUTOUT TO GIRLBOSS KAT. Had a mishap with a product, typically you would reach out to the brand and the brand will be happy to help and dispensaries do not really like to help. The experience I had today was the exact opposite!! The brand Turn was very stand offish not admitting or apologizing for manufacturer problems BUT the dispensary really stepped out and went above and beyond to help me get what I paid for. I really appreciate the connection with the community from the dispensary. Because of this really positive experience I will be back!!!! KAT IS GREAT!

I’ve been using this place for a couple years now. A couple of their bud tenders went way out of their way on my first occasion there, to make sure that I left satisfied. They didn’t have to, but they did, and it made me come back a second time even though it’s a 30 mile drive for me and I could go elsewhere. Every one of the people that I have met that works there is so informative, it’s almost like going to a mixOlogy bar. Just tell them how you want to feel and they will take you there. They’re not concerned with selling you the highest priced items, they’re more concerned with getting you exactly what you want. Since that first trip, I’ve ditched every shop I ever used to go to. I only go to this place. Even the different security guards that work there remember you by name and go out of their way to have conversations with you. Everyone is all smiles. These people deserve all the credit in the world for being just good human beings, who legitimately care. That’s my experience, and I will continue to go back to these people as they make you feel like you’re at home.

Problem with your purchase? it's not their problem I've been using this place for the last few years and place big orders because it's a 80 mile round trip for me to go there. The last time i went i ended up with 2 defective cartridges, one completely full and just doesn't work and the other one had leaked out into the packaging and was empty. It had been a few months before i returned them because i didn't want to drive all the way over there to replace 2 cartridges plus i only discovered the second defective one last week. I thought it would be ok to just return them on my next order. Well it turns out that it's not ok and even though i have spent thousands there the manager or owner flat out refused to exchange them. I'm shocked, yes i'm outside the return window but still... I'm NEVER coming back to your store. I will throw away the $100+ useless carts and you won't be getting my custom ever again. GREED, disappointing.

Awful shop! The so called deals are just product they have thats expired/expiring soon. Carts are always defective and Budtenders aren't knowledgeable and often times just rude. No reason to waste your money here. Shitty shop that misses the mark and isn't the vibe.

Yes it is the best dispensary that I have ever been to. The menu is so extensive you could spend an hour walking around looking at everything. Wonderful friendly atmosphere and great service. Would highly recommend this to anyone

Always a great experience coming to this dispensary. There is always a large selection available for good prices. I specifically come here for the Roots brand CBD products and I'm never disappointed. I keep coming back for the CBD cartridges and water. I tried the CBD lotion for the first time and came back again to buy more! It's my favorite CBD brand by far!

First time stopping in at Roots Los Angeles. This is one of the few dispensaries who still give first time discounts! The store was very clean and bright. The flower selection was amazing and there were so many options to choose from with wax. The budtenders were polite and knowledgeable. The prices are very reasonable, especially during the 15% off happy hour and early bird discount times. Will definitely be returning again. Thank you roots for a wonderful experience.
