If you are in the Greater Sac region, we serve you! -No cash? No problem! We now accept paytender! We accept cash and Paytender! (with a $2.50 convenience fee per paytender transaction). Signup ahead of time at paytender-dot-com. !!PLEASE NOTE!! We only accept Paytender “Pay Ahead Requests” and will not accept a Paytender request at the door. If you want to do a Paytender transaction, you must request it ahead of time with our dispatch at 916-520-4512. -We deliver to verified residential address only. We do not deliver to hotels, public businesses, gas stations, etc. If the address on your ID does not match your delivery address, we will need to verify it through a simple process. -Due to compliance laws, we will stop taking orders at 8:15 pm because of high order volume and driver limitations. If you want same day delivery, please try to have your order in by 7:30 pm to ensure we can deliver it to you by 9-10pm. No new customers accepted after 8:00 pm. -Please do not order via email, email is used for support and vendors only. ---------------------------------- *Yuba City/Marysville area: For same day deliveries orders must be placed before 6 PM. Orders placed after 6 pm become next day deliveries. Order placed before 12 pm have a delivery window of 1 to 4 pm. Orders placed before 6pm have a delivery window of 7 to 9 pm. **Please be aware, due to California regulations the following is required for all drivers to complete upon delivery of your order: A valid government issued picture ID must be presented and you must sign for delivery to have your product released to you. In addition, we are only able to release an order to the person who placed it. It is not possible to order for someone or to have someone other than you receive your order. Prices are subject to change. Thank you for your understanding! ***Product exchanges** Should you experience any defect, damage, or problem with your product, please contact us immediately. Product exchanges need to be initiated within 24hrs of the time of purchase and we must be able to collect the item with original packaging to honor the exchange. The majority of the product must still be present. OPENED FLOWER cannot be returned or exchange unless there is a clear defect. If you OPEN a product, please note that we are unable to make an exchange unless it is defective/damaged.
