Shater/crumble sucks not right

Service was great. Bud tenders were super knowledgeable and helpful. The Milk Chocolate bar was delicious. Cannabis flavor was there but not overpowering and blended seamlessly with the milk chocolate flavor. Each piece of the chocolate bar was 5mg so it was easy to measure the correct dose. Perfect for post work relaxation!

Super friendly staff and a great selection of stains and edibles. All employees seemed to be knowledgeable and were super helpful.

Just... Wow. I have come to think of this as my homebase, but will never be back again after the "customer service" I just experienced. On a previous visit, I was told pricing on two 1/2 grams of shatter was the same as one 1 gram package by the manager working; apparently, he was wrong and I shouldn't have gotten this discount. Today, I placed an order (on the terrible non-Leafly site they've switched to) and decided to call and confirm the price would be adjusted when I got there. At this point, it was destined to be tough for the associate to break the news to me, but what followed was just stunning. After some back and forth, he hung up on me. I called back and there was no answer. I immediately picked up a different phone, called back, then marveled as the same guy answered on the first ring. He then tried to convince me he'd been on another call, from precisely after he hung up on me until I called on a second phone-all of which happened I the span of a minute. Never going back, actively telling fellow patients and recreational users to avoid.

I really like this place but its service the last two visits make me not want to return. The time before this my order was wrong. People make mistakes but rudness I won't put up with. The young woman who waited on me tonight was so rude I left without my order and they can shove thier points, I would rather pay double.

Quick fast knowledgeable service. Easy access and in and out. Product was amazing too! Can’t wait to go back!!!

So I’ve checked out the majority of the dispo’s in Mass and sanctuary is definitely my favorite right now. I’ve been to their Woburn location and it is also great. Sanctuary kills it when it comes to their new patient discount. They are my go to for extracts and I recommend their sauces for any Dabbers out there. Their flower selection is decent. The nugs I get are always small but that seems to be a trend I’ve noticed in general for all dispos in Mass. Great people, great discounts, amazing concentrates and 7/10 flower!

OmG...I'm VERY unhappy and disappointed!! I had to kill myself to walk to you from the other side of the city because I REALLY needed my Super Silver Haze Crumble...but I just saw after finally getting back home,and already tearing the bag open, that they gave me a gram of Super Critical instead somehow. So I went on Leafly to review my order, and I did order the gram of my Super Silver Haze crumble...but it says they cancelled that order at 6:10 p.m.,after they closed. I'm soooo upset cuz I needed my sativa and now I'm stuck with a gram of indica dominant hybrid!! 😪😭😭😭 I'm going to call them about this when they're open tomorrow, even though I know they're not going to take it back, but they should do something for me. Idk what I'm going to do now cuz I'm in so much pain from walking there and back so I won't be able to get back there,and I really can't afford to either...uuuggghhh!!! I thought I was all stocked up!😩 I'm a long time customer too...since they opened actually,and I've never had this happen before...but it was DEFINITELY a mistake on their part,not mine. Ik mistakes happen,but when I place an order,I'm expecting to get what I ordered,and I really need my medicine,so hopefully they will do something for me......

I enjoy my trips there. The bud tenders are always friendly and helpful. I enjoy the selections of edibles they have. I've been going there since they opened and I have never had a bad experience there. Would recommend them. I tried pick up for the first time and it was really efficient. I would do that again.

It doesnt make sense that you label your edibles HIGH TESTING but don’t include the MG’s per edible, so why would I buy them when I dont know what they are. Disappointed at the poor approach of online ordering through IHEARTJANE with the same description on each item. You need to tell people what they are receiving.

Great staff and location

Went to a different dispensary today aka not sanctuary during this coronavirus panademic and they handled it far better I placed an online order and they checked my Id let me in let me PICK UP my order that was READY!!!! It wasn’t too complicated... sanctuary on the other hand told me my order was ready and made me wait an hour to no get my supposively ready order.. a woman was there very upset she had been waiting since they opened and they were just milking it the way this dispensary today did it so quick I really think Wednesday March 18 you guys were just screwing around I think I deserve a credit or something I’m pissed

Jayke and Kera are the best! Such a beautiful shop with a massive selection. The new patient deal is phenomenal and the products are top notch. Excellent facility, 10/10 would recommend.

I have nothing bad to say they always have what I want and if they don't they're very nice on making sure you get the same quality that you asked for I give them two thumbs up it's the only place I go to they're the best established friendly staff very patient with my questions I recommend into anyone Gardner dispensary is the best so far
