2 staff members verified I had a defective cartridge. It was less than 24 hours. When the very nice young lady went to the manager to ask her to approve it she would not. She made me take it outside to the parking lot and "prove" it. I asked for her name that she refused to provide. Their security guard accused me of being loud and rude and was threatening and was attempting to escalate the tension. I will never set foot here again. If the replacement does not work I will eat it. I wish I just tossed the other and never tired to go back. On my initial visit staff were rude as well making comments about how long customers were looking at products and being snide and aloof. If you are the owner I would suggest you review the tape rather than listen to the staff.

Don’t mind the stars, we go here a lot. The prices are simply unbeatable and I appreciate that the attendant who checks ID at the door seems like if an altercation happened, they would swiftly and confidentially take care of the situation (I see a lot of ex military folks at the door). It’s not full of top shelf bud, but when you have a lot of month left at the end of the money - we go here. I wish I could look at the bud I buy before it gets rang up in case one package has better flower than the one I’m going home with. Huge selection of flower, preroll, edibles, and dabbing stuff. Absolutely cannot beat the price. Impossible.

Please don't change your menu or your bud selection it's great. BUT your front desk needs work. This store has a really good selection of herbs. This is my go-to store right now. BUT the front end needs work. I am a medical card holder and I was told two different stories by the clerk and manager who works here. Story 1- I am just not paying sales tax Story 2- I get 10% off my purchase Because the sales tax is included in the price I feel like something shady is going on and I'm gonna have to call them on it next time. I called the manager today (10/17/2016) and she told me that it was 10% off my purchase. Well today I purchased 2 grams of white berry and 1 pre-roll of lemon drop. My total was $20.50. How is that if I'm getting 10% off my purchase (which would be $2.20)? That doesn't add up. And this is how its been the last few visits. I like the atmosphere as far as the building layout. It's pretty good, but I don't like to be nickeled and dimed and overcharged on my purchases. It's only half a dollar, but at the same time that adds up over a few purchases. Hope they can get this figured out.
i enjoyed being able to see everything on display for you to pick and have no complaints other then some shatter i purchased that tasted like straight sulfur. all other purchases were amazing. staff was very helpful.
Having been diverted from the medical cannabis world, this was my first ever visit to a recreational outlet. I was lured in by their promise of the lowest prices and walked out getting what I paid for. The discounted prices seem to come with discounted quality. Though the concentrates I grabbed were all good-to-excellent, I opted for store-branded flower and was reminded of how awesome the medical cannabis world was. My terpenes were barely there - pretty much no aroma or flavor on strains that I know quite well. My visually appealing buds were gone - all the flowers were butchered by a machine trimmer and somehow ended up a dullish brown. Argh. So where can I go to get well cared for, well flushed, hand-trimmed flower at medical cannabis prices? I'm not sure. While their concentrates are a fantastic deal that I will return for, I likely will have to find my flower elsewhere. Ugh
This store is dark and scary. The lighting isn't any better than the ones on Leafly. I turned on my heel to leave within 30 seconds. The cannabis seems... standard.
Competitive pricing and a broad selection make this place a top contender. Best deals on concentrates in the market. Attached to the rec store is a head shop with glass and gear that makes this a one-stop-shop. Definitely recommended.
Went in there yesterday for the first time. Very relaxed atmosphere, lots of parking, and there's even a great taco truck in the parking lot so you can stock up before you go home and indulge. They have everything on display in cases and when you're ready, you go to the counter and tell the nice budtender what you'd like. And they ARE nice there. They didn't have something I had hoped they had, but the budtender recommended something similar. Great selection of pre-rolls too! Good prices, they also have some happy hours. I'll be back there again.
As a first-time dispensary customer, this was my favorite of the three shops I visited in Seattle during Hempfest. I only use/bought concentrates, so the 4 grams for $100 special was very 'special' to my perceived value - from maybe 31 varieties to choose from! I spent two, three, almost four times as much for oils elsewhere - but they were not that many times better. This shop excels at both value and variety, without pretentiously pushing an overmarketed/priced product. "The Other" shops seemed more like jewelry retailers - fast to separate me from my money. ZERO PRESSURE SHOPPING.
confession time. first time in a rec store and I thought they are going to rip me off after my medical dispensary closed down. they told me that rec stores are full of schwag and assholes. BULLSHIT. kind of pissed that i listen to them. very cool store, lots of selection, and the budtenders very nice. prices are lower or equal to medical AND much more selection. coming back. dont need a medical card anymore.
No more waiting 10-15 mins in a lobby for someone to call out your name or number for your bud (Medical). Every time I go, it feels like I’m waiting at the DMV for renewing my license or the Dentist office for a root canal. My buddy told me that Seattle Tonics had very low prices even lower than medical shops. I didn’t believe him……but Holy crap, prices were very close to medical. What really got me….NO LINES, NO LOBBY, and NO WAIT it was so quick. Went to the register and picked up my bud in less than 5 mins. This store is brand new and already has a lot of selections but I was informed by their Bud-Tender that they’re getting more high/mid grade bud. Man, this is my new one stop shopping store for all my needs.

Beware of the 4G of concentrate for $100 deal. I went in planning on picking up a couple $35 reasonable priced concentrate. The deal wasn't explained very well and I walked out with $100 of crap oil that one of which had such a nasty taste that it literally made me gag. Don't bother with Altered State mango kush it was some of the worst tasting oil I've consumed.

Awesome prices, selection, and store layout. They have something for all tastes and budgets and their handy dandy order sheets are indeed handy dandy! I like being free to browse without the budtender hanging over my shoulder the whole time but they're still readily available to answer questions and help out!
The store was nice and the people were great. My only things and it's a personal view, I really don't like stores that have stuff in cases away from the budtender. There isn't a lot of interaction. Other than that store was great!! Plus they have a glass store attached to the store!

I own a business (not pot) and I like to rate stores I visit. Very clean. Well organized, bright, and good info to customers. Small display tables in the middle are cute, but functionally limited. Great atmosphere, excellent hvac, and flow. One female employee seemed distracted and was seated typing when I was waiting to be served. But overall, service was prompt, courteous, and informative. Products were well displayed and informative with prices shown. Overall, this is an excellent store with good flow, service, and ambiance. Fortunately, I like to smoke cannabis and the selection and prices are super. Highly Recommended.
