Shawn Kemp's Cannabis - Belltown

I went to Kemp's cannabis today to get a Mfused super fog Blue magic disposable and when I went to get it and put it into my pocket but I did not realize that that moment that the wrapper for the product was open on the top as if there was no glue to seal the product at all or any sealant on it. I do realize that when I go into my car to look at it and realizing that this is a faulty wrapper package I go back inside not even 4 minutes later to get a exchange on door refund and even explain the whole situation and the guy who I talked to simply said "there's nothing I can do about it g" even though that doesn't make sense because the receipt clearly says if a product was faulty it would be like eligible for an exchange and I mean I guess you could say that the product is undamaged and the wrapper isn't it but that's like saying hey you're glass of weed is completely shattered when we gave it to you but at least your weed is all right and by the way no refunds for your glass shattered weed. The person even says "that my pocket opened it" like how is that make sense they're supposed to be a clear sealant onto the product that shouldn't even allow anything like that to happen it's absolute bull. I travel almost two hours expecting trustworthy and sealed product to go to this place all the time, it is my main place where I go for all my stuff but that will now change now that I was introduced to this rudeness from the store and obvious damaged product.

Shawn Kim's can't do math Latin final they can't do math in Latin they can't do it in Greek or Orioles and they don't know about anything about accepting a big city store and like Rome it's like being in Rome Seattle big city room

So I left the review about being shorted two carts, but after receiving a call from the owner I learned that is not what happened. There was a mixup on my order and I was only charged for 5 cartridges.

Best customer service around, lowest prices, excellent selection, free parking, online ordering, curbside pickup…need I go on? I’m disabled, & my 1st time here, my power chair had malfunctioned/died, & needed to be charged for several hours (in order for me to make it back home). My Friend manually pushed me on it thru the door, & the doorman (w/no explanation necessary!😯) showed me a great place (perfectly out of the way) to charge it. Everyone was super sweet, & asked if I needed help. I’ve never been treated so kindly & respectfully by complete strangers at a business.🥺 Suffice it to say, this is my #1 dispo, & it’s becoming all of my Friends’, as well. I always have a fun experience at Kemp’s. Even with all the construction going on. It was a busy night but had good and fast service with Drew my budtender. He help me pick out some excellent cartridges. Thanks guy keep up the good work.

Ignore the idiot that says they are racist *insert eye roll here* - I'm pasty and have received nothing less than extraordinary service from everyone at Kemp's. From the friendly people at the door to the enthusiastic connoisseurs for the online orders (which are super easy and convenient by the way). I also wanna show some extra love to the man who shouts my long a** name from the back and seems like he really loves his job - he seriously makes my day. Being new to town is difficult but luckily I found the right weed place on my first try. Oh also the quality of their product is *chefs kiss*

Once in a lifetime must have experience. Staff super friendly and filled with 90’s NBA nostalgia. Flew in from Chicago just for this. .... oh and the large selection of weed

Iconic, definitely worth the trip. The prices aren’t half bad either. Best prices in downtown area. I even lucked out and got to meet Shawn Kemp himself.

I love absolutely everything about this place. They have the best bud tenders and people working at the store. They're fast. Kind and they give a crap and that says a lot these days. Also the prices are to Die For in downtown Seattle. This is the second five star review I've left about Sean's and I never leave reviews. I just feel I have to constantly reiterate how great this place and Sean's people are! Thank you Sean!
