Awesome, nice and helpful.

As a first timer to a legal dispensary I was a little apprehensive . That quickly ended when Matt the budtender came out to get me. Even though it was a little busy Matt took his time explaining my different options. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the different products and obviously cared about my specific choices. I'll be going back to Sierra Wellness again. The prices seemed fair and the store is very professionally run.

I love this place. I go here for all my weed needs. the staff is super friendly. they know their stuff. I had never been in a dispensary before they made me feel at home. I always go back here I have been back multiple times. it's amazing place

On a weekend visit to Lake Tahoe from Texas we flew into Reno and stopped at what was the closet to the airport. On other vacations we have stopped at MANY dispensaries and this place is by far the best yet. Cole took the time to explain even though we knew(always good to hear someone else perspective). Not pushy at all, friendly and talkative. Clean place and well displayed. On the way back to Texas we had to stop one last time before we jumped on the airplane for one last pre-roll

Great dispensary, and good value on products. I've been visiting here using my out of state MA card, no problems. All of the flower, and concentrates are tasty, and well worth it!

Great deals and the team knows their products. I can always rely on Sam & Seth for great input on terpene profiles for all their concentrates. Best place in Carson City, worth driving down the hill from Tahoe everytime.

The most down to earth place! Everyone I've had contact with here at SWC in Carson is so awesome! Everyone from Michelle at the front desk, who is always smiling and friendly to Seth and Kyle who are both super knowledgeable, friendly and have excellent customer service! You guys are the best! I love this dispensary. Sierra Wellness in Reno has been my go to spot for years. Now that recreational sales have come to Carson City I can finally utilize this location less than a mile from my house. I have used both the in house pickup and web delivery services and both were quick and painless. The selection is large and the product is top notch. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I am very happy to say that this location holds up to the standards of the original.

Great experience overall. They take the time to walk you through and make sure you get the best of the best. The prices are very competitive and you'll find what you're looking for. Recomend it 100%.

We travel the extra distance to Carson City just to see the new store for Sierra Wellness as we love the Reno store... Well it was very welcoming to here, "Hey! I know you from our Reno store! Welcome to our new location!!! ITs great to see you!!" ... And just like the Reno store, this store is CLEAN welcoming and the staff is just as amazing!! We now visit both stores at refill time and have made them my EXCLUSIVE pharmacies....

Great staff. Very friendly and patient, had the pleasure of getting Alex B. The budtender and I had a wonderful experience. This was my 4th store in this area and Sierra Wells definitely has the best selection/pricing.

So since my last review, I've been back 3 times. Mario, Sam and I forgot the girls name but all 3 very helpful. The last 2 times I have been, I'd placed pre-orders and was in and out within a few minutes. So far I've taken home a number of strains form different growers, every time I'm impressed and happy with what I get.

I think its in a great location I used to travel all the way to Reno to visit this company! They provide great service every time i enter the building, their prices are good and i'm always ready to return when i need anything.

Overall a friendly and knowledgeable staff with a good selection, probably best of the few in town for concentrated and CBD products. I visit frequently and have only had one complaint where a budtender was less than eager to help me out, but other than that have had great experiences.

I am a first-time medical buyer and Sierra Wellness in Carson City made it a very pleasurable experience. The entire staff were very professional and educational. They went through the basics of flowers, waxes, edibles, sativa vs. indica vs. hybrids, consumption methods. They made recommendations based on my needs and gave me a lot of additional additional info. They sell smaller quantities so I can try a few things out to find what works best for me. Great job!

There not only amazing staff that really know there stuff!!! There amazing people! I've never once left there unhappy or unsatisfied! Now I've already left them a review but all they do for medical patients on a day to day basis they definitely deserve a minute of my time to thank them again because they are simply the best dispensary ever!! Love ya guys!!

I just let julio do the recommending now when it comes to my shatters and wax’s. I have yet to be disappointed loving the sweet pink stink he recommended on top of the strawberry lemonade flower so tasty thank you Sierra well for always having the best medicine in town!

Alexis is an angel! The entire staff is amazing! I had been to the store in Reno, so I knew what to expect, but this location is so close to my home that I will never have to go to Reno again. I feel like I am with family when I am there, and every one greets me with a smile. I was offered a hot tea while I wait (which wasn't long at all) and the utmost care has been delivered consistently. They all know their stuff and always take time to listen to my needs and so far, have not given any bad recommendations. I trust Sierra Wellness and plan on being their patient for as long as possible!!
