This was a great experience. I searched a couple dispensaries and I chose SSR because they had some Acapulco Gold for a great price. I wasn't expecting much for a bargain weed. (it's all I can afford). to my surprise, it was fantastic. Every dispensary in Oregon and Washington could take a lesson from you. The people were really nice. I already knew what I was after. The only complaint, which is not on you, is, I ate a whole container of gummies and nothing happened. I was hesitant to purchase them at 20 bucks but, I was about to catch a flight to PHX and needed something in my system. Apparently edibles don't work on this kid. But the flowers were great. People were great. I would go back again and again. I highly recommend SSR. Thank you so much for accepting out of state medical cards. :)

I have been to every Dispensary in the Reno/Sparks are and this one is by far my favorite. The staff is always helpful and goes the extra mile to really make sure you are treated well as a patient. The quality of flower used in the pre rolls is always top shelf and the house concentrates are always on point.

The folks at SSR are truly THE example of how MMJ should be brought out of taboo and into the mainstream. Needless to say, I was impressed with the clean, professional atmosphere - you won't find much of the stereotypical 420 imagery you might expect in a head shop. Everything from the reception area to the checkout counter was smooth, with an attention to detail akin to military procedure. They were quick with processing my paperwork to register at the dispensery, and my budtender, Justin, was courteous and extremely knowledgeable about which products are best suited to relieve pain, all of which were in stock and of impeccable quality. The customer service overall blew me away, especially when I was $0.70 short and Justin pulled out a huge "take-a-penny" jar to cover the rest of the cost. The prices may have been a little steeper than I had hoped, but their newcomer and veterans discounts really help mitigate the cost, as do their great daily specials. I'm glad that this is the place I've decided to go for my pain management needs - they've really taken professionalism and customer service to a new level at Silver State Relief.

I just love everything about Silver State Relief! Great products and prices that no other dispensaries can beat! But the best part of visiting SSR is seeing my favorite bud tender, Ijere! She is so knowledgeable! Thank you for having such quality employees!

Silver State Relief is the most professional, quality dispensary in the Reno/Carson area. As Nevada's first medical dispensary, they've got a few more notches under their belt than "the other guys" in town, and offer compassionate service to all their patients in a timely manner! With a daily special every day of the week, birthday specials, and discounts for first time patients, seniors, and veterans, you get the most bang for your buck here! My favorite strains here so far include: White Widow, Larry OG, Fire Alien Super Skunk & OG #18.

They were good until the flower quality went bad I used my loyalty points today because I don't thing I will be going back there when I mentioned to the bud tender about the bad try buds he just rolled his eyes that shows how much they really care about there product and quality and patients and/or customers.

From the outside looking in it seems very small. Once you go in it is a whole different story. Lots of selection. Good Job SSR!
