This place has raised my prices when orders have been preordered, they have pushed back delivery times by multiple hours on a preorder. Customer service refused to help overall horrible experience on multiple occasions.sure this place is cheap but you will waste so much time waiting on an order that it's better to just go into a store front

I had purchased some flower for my husband’s birthday from this company. The delivery time was awesome. However, the product is trash. I could probably buy better from a high school kid growing it out of his backyard than what I received today. I remember buying better weed and High School that was Brown than what I received today. When I contacted the company, I was directed to a call center from what seem to be like in the Philippines. They directed me to their chat. I went on their website and explained what happened and requested to exchange the garbage product I received for something else, but they inform me that they could not do that. I don’t know what type of garbage they are providing to their customers, but I would never do business with this company again and I would really , convey to everybody else that it is not in their best interest to do so either.

Long time customer for 3 plus years. Product is typically B- rating but their prices are very affordable. Yesterday placed my order got confirmation for delivery today. I hadn’t received order so I inquired they say they never received my order even though they assigned order number and sent me a confirmation email. Sales rep told me that hadn’t got my order and that I should just reorder. Which means waiting another day. Didn’t offer any incentive for their screwup just to order again. These guys are not professional, they don’t realize the inconvenience this has caused…just sorry we don’t have it. Needless to say the market is flooded with competition so I will take my loyalties elsewhere and certainly receive better product.

Horrible do not go to them. They do not care about their customers I have been going to them for over 5 years and they have treated me like I am an inconvenience. Don't waste your time.
