Terrible customer service, do not follow through on what they offer, employees are saying one thing and doing another. Never will ever order from them again. If you want honest people don’t order from them Two people promised me a 10% off for preordering and I even have to saved conversation to provide proof and they wouldn’t follow through on it. They blamed it on a new employee which by the way the message was written it was not by someone new. Never. Ever. Again

First time delivery. Lied on site and through text stating 20% off and free delivery off first order of $99+, and no where did it say they would charge taxes. Tells me my total is $152 (no tax), then after they allow my order online, they call to say they only have one of three items because the others are for next day delivery only. Driver arrives with the one item and he is asking for $71 or $73 for a $59 item with 20% off and free deliver Yeah right... How many times are you going to lie/cheat someone on one order? No integrity. No business from me. I'll stick with my usual delivery service. If an 1/8 is listed at $20, and I buy 2, I get what I ordered and my total is $40. I tip my driver $5-$10 and everyone is happy.

Long time customer for 3 plus years. Product is typically B- rating but their prices are very affordable. Yesterday placed my order got confirmation for delivery today. I hadn’t received order so I inquired they say they never received my order even though they assigned order number and sent me a confirmation email. Sales rep told me that hadn’t got my order and that I should just reorder. Which means waiting another day. Didn’t offer any incentive for their screwup just to order again. These guys are not professional, they don’t realize the inconvenience this has caused…just sorry we don’t have it. Needless to say the market is flooded with competition so I will take my loyalties elsewhere and certainly receive better product.

Once again no thc levels why would I buy something I’m guessing at, horrible!

This place is horrible. Next day delivery never showed up and they didn’t even bother to tell me it’s not coming. Whet a joke.

Horrie customer service here at jokeland. They also lie about there THC %. Don't expect to be treated right or have them be reliable!

Great deals and fast delivery!

I've ordered from here a few times when I was out of my own home grown flower. It's fast and convenient ordering on demand. 1 out of 3 oz. Was really decent. My homegrown was better than the other two ounces. They were really dry and one was really harsh. I'm no master grower either so that's not saying much for those other 2 oz. One of the drivers was probably a banger or wanna be and he was rude. He was acting really paranoid and the transaction was uncomfortable to say the least. Still convenient and cheap. I guess you just got to get lucky to get good weed from them. I would order again in a pinch. I guess I like to take chances.

You get what you pay for. Fresh weed at the best price in the bay and the ones with seeds are great I am growing some right now thank you

Everything else was cool, except that when my order got here, one of my containers was open and most of my resin was gone. Everything else was cool.

always very fast and friendly when i order. MY GO TO!!!. some of the best products around, I LOVE the selection here. Been searching everywhere for these new left coast extracts cartridges tho!!

Great prices and fast delivery.

I had purchased some flower for my husband’s birthday from this company. The delivery time was awesome. However, the product is trash. I could probably buy better from a high school kid growing it out of his backyard than what I received today. I remember buying better weed and High School that was Brown than what I received today. When I contacted the company, I was directed to a call center from what seem to be like in the Philippines. They directed me to their chat. I went on their website and explained what happened and requested to exchange the garbage product I received for something else, but they inform me that they could not do that. I don’t know what type of garbage they are providing to their customers, but I would never do business with this company again and I would really , convey to everybody else that it is not in their best interest to do so either.

Easiest way to get bulk cheap delivered. Thank you!
