I love it the best dispo in Mac and it’s not even close

I really like this dispensary it has come a long way ever since I set foot inside the door from the very 1st day I felt welcome. The atmosphere is cheerful the Bud tenders are helpful and it's clean, it smells good, everything is neat and tidy. Everyone is very kind and the selection is huge. There's all sorts of different things for different folks, and they've always got it in stock. The shelves never look empty and I always leave with a smile on my face. Thank you smooth roots I will be returning.

Love these guys. Every time I am in Mac. I definitely stop by for the friendly, chill calm atmosphere.

Love their selection and they are always very nice and helpful! Has an awesome points system too to get cool rewards!

Very good dispensary but do not buy there budget weed it's musty and moldy! Sorry to say I'll have to go elsewhere

Purchased 4 carts Friday night. I used to shop here weekly (used to, wont anymore). Before leaving when the budtender asked me if I was familiar with the return policy, I just repeated what they've told me since I can remember. 3 days, bring receipt and packaging. Budtender says,"you got it!" I've never had to return a cart before and I've purchased hundreds, but when I got home a tried them all on my battery. One didn't pull. Tried it on three different batteries. Saturday morning I head back in with my receipt, the cart and packaging. I want to return/exchange it. Budtender asks to see my battery, then makes a big deal about cleaning it. Says the cart won't pull because it's dirty. OK dude, explain why my other carts work on this dirty battery (it wasnt) and on my other batteries, but this one cart does not. Dude keeps going on and on about how the pen was dirty, cleans it and hands it back to me and says, it should work now. Fed up with this guy's shit I say: here's the thing, it was already working. The cart was not. Dude then says to me, well okay, if its not working give us a call there is a couple of other things you can do so you don't have to come down here. It was this moment when I realized they don't give a shit about me as a customer, nor were they willing to honor their own policy a little more than 12 hours after purchase. I'm stuck with a premium cart that is essentially trash because cleaning my battery didn't fix the cart that didn't work in the first place. The guy was correct about one thing though. I won't be going back there.

Friendly staff and great prices ,will be back soon !😀

Best dispensary in town hands down

We love visit smooth roots! Such a friendly dispensary, every employee is so kind and ready to help! Best pot shop of Mac!

Best job I’ve had in years 💚 Management is great, and our customers are too! ☺️

This is one of the best dispos I’ve found! First of all, if you’ve never met weed Jesus- he owns this place. You will be sanctified in the name of all things dank. They have a HEALTHY selection of oil (low, mid, and top shelf) and flower, as well as a huge variety of holistic health and beauty products. So yes, bring grandma. They even have local glass art! Not to mention a regular supply of stickers. Highly recommended my friend. 👌

The most amazing place! They always have the most friendly as well as knowledgable, bud tenders and staff. They also have an awesome delivery option so you can just place your order, and pick it up within a minute of walking through the door! Overall an amazing place, and always have wonderful selections for all your hemp needs!
