I normally have good things to say but just this once it may be unsavory. Placed an online order around 7 pm on a weekday got to the store around 8 pm. They state that if you’re not there by a certain time after 8 they’ll put your order back and you’ll have to purchase over the counter. Made it thru the checkout and never heard them call my name just watched them service everyone else until I finally said something. This particular day the service was not good. Not to mention I was there on time for them not to return my order but they never called me from the lobby.

Did you guys sell to new management? First, you take away Medical Mondays, change it to 2 p.m. M-F, and then kill the program altogether. And for the 2nd time in 2 weeks, you have advertised a deal (Cake Cryo AIO) - had no stock - and didn't offer a raincheck. I have spent quite a bit of money here - depending on your answer, that ride may be over. I don't reward false advertising. Thank you

Cassandra delivered an unparalleled level of service that was specifically catered to me and what I was looking for. She provided outstanding and tailored customer care that was second to none. She was more than that though. She wasn't acting like a sales women. She was simply being human like real human beings should be by taking time to listen and show some care and empathy rather than being apathetic like so many are these days. A beautiful Sol she is. Everything was great after the check in, my receptionist at 11/20/23 around 10:30 am was rude, didn’t seem wanting (nor willing for that matter ) to help check us in as new patients, I had an on-line order but wanted to add on to the order, he asked me y would I want to go to the dispo floor for and I had to remind him we are 1st time patients and would love to see what we could add to my order. Just bad for business. I don’t think I’ll return due to this experience. I appreciate my Budtender that help me knowing how to add my medical card info and FA info he’s a star

The one thing they do to change in the new year and it only is hurting the freaking lower class consumer all we do is buy flowers as the cheapest form of of medicine and they rise the price and they take away the ounce deal

This review is for the RSO/CBD 2:1 I was expecting something a little more clean. The consistency of this product looks like black tar, plant material and smells rancid. After eating some with my dinner, I’m just left feeling nauseous. I would recommend trying another store that sells a cleaner product.

The budtenders are so sweet and the marijuana is immaculate. Bri is my fav!

I really like the timeless BOGO deals and they have that deal often.

Great deal on carts!

I am very loyal to this brand, as they consistently have amazing half oz specials in house or they host a vendor. Quality is always A1, and inventory is always a variety but I keep getting the same strains. Management here is onsite, empathetic, and available for all the client needs. I suggest going here if you expect consistent A1 quality, fast and knowledgeable service, and active specials and discounts to keep your budget on point.
