Taken sublingually, onset usually begins within 15 minutes to 45 minutes. This tincture can also be taken orally (45-90 minute onset time) and applied topically. We generally suggest starting low and slowly ramping up to find your minimum effective dose. For best results, take under the tongue 1 hour before bedtime. A good starting dose is 2.5mg total cannabinoids (roughly 1/4 dropper or 10 drops). This dose can be gradually increased over time at your comfort level until you see improvement.
