This place is beautiful. I mean it. Not only is it stuffed full of amazing products at really good prices, but it is covered in a literal jungle of plants. Every time I have come into this store, there is good music playing. And the budtenders are very knowledgeable and kind. Best customer service at a pot shop I've ever had.

I love the staff. They're respectful and kind. Until today. I mean no disrespect to the current staff, they're kind and helpful folks. Today two different young men by the name of Dylan and Brian disrespected me in a way I've never experienced. Keith screamed at me at Dylan backed him up. I've never been so disappointed in someone's behavior in my entire 64 years of life. I'm all about telling everyone what an awesome job they did. The only reviews I've ever put online have been to praise people. So...I've had a double mastectomy due to cancer. I buy pre-rolls for the pain. Two of my friends from church spend about 4,000 dollars a month at Southern Oregon's shop. Not any longer. The moral of this story..be careful who you hire that deals with the public. Customer service is vital in any business. I'm disabled and weed helps me not take pain pills. I've a great attitude. Having that guy scream at me was so inappropriate and unacceptable. . So much so I had to come here and put it in writing to warn others. Those two gentleman not only lost my few dollars a day, they lost thousands of dollars of revenue in my friends. Moral of this story: You never know what anyone's going through. So be kind. These two young men were disrespectful and inappropriate. It sickens me they're representing Southern Oregon cuz Seth and his Entire other staff rock. I hope these two young men even in this awful climate of employment get fired. I will be speaking to the owner. Happy New Years folks. Don't let people that are mean get ya down. Tell on them so they cant do it to others.

I've been a customer for a few years and I like the products and quality. In fact I was just in today and Jake was so helpful and he helped me pick out the perfect end to a busy day. Thank you Jake 😊 Merry Christmas 🎄

Always can count on jake to take care of me he is and has been always helpful and I can always depend on his knowledge about the product and he would never sell me anything subpar. deeply appreciate his time and honesty. Thank you jake for always making the cannabis experience worth while.
